Prior to starting out as the recording engineer in the Complete Weddings + Events corporate office and operations manager for the Omaha franchise in 1989, Wade was a high school band director. Since then, he established and ran the Oklahoma City and Tulsa franchises, then sold them to buy the Kansas City and Wichita franchises. Being a Complete owner for 32 years is a strong asset in his role as a Franchise Business Coach; he’s seen it all (well, most of it)! He enjoys building relationships with his franchisees and finds it very rewarding to help in all facets of the business.
