As part of our five-step franchise development process, you’ll attend Discovery Day, called “The Big Day”, where you’ll meet our team and have the chance to see a Complete Weddings + Events franchise in action. Then, once your franchise has been awarded – before your official launch – you (and a manager, if you hire one) will attend our 10-day interactive training program, where you’ll be fully immersed in the business.
