Previous Experience: In 2019, I received my certification as a Wedding Planner through The Bridal Society. I also worked as a Kay Jewelers sales rep.
Favorite Sports Team: Chicago Cubs
Hobbies: I love to cook and bake!
Favorite Local Spot: Bridge Park in Dublin Ohio! Everything from walking in the park, grabbing a drink at VASO, and bowling at Pins!
Favorite Thing About the Wedding Industry: My favorite thing about working in the wedding industry is the rewarding feeling you get knowing you are a part of one of the most special days in someone’s life. Watching the pure joy on couples’ faces, as well as their friends and family’s, is more reward than anything I could ever ask for from a career.
Fun Fact: My parents have been franchise owners since 2004 so I grew up in the Complete family! I’m also a 2025 bride!
Brenda Tharp, Sales Consultant
Previous Experience: I’ve been a DJ for Complete Weddings + Events since 1994. Along with various jobs in the wedding industry, I had my own catering company for 5 years!

Fun Fact: It’s technically my 30th year with Complete and I’m really excited to come full circle in my wedding career and be part of this AWESOME team:)
