Lauren Leocardi, National Sales Manager

Previous Experience: I held various roles at Kate Spade for 4 years, including a summer internship in NYC!

Favorite Sports Team: CHIEFFFFFSSSSS

Hobbies: Reading (mostly mysteries/thrillers), thrifting, getting my nails done, hanging with my dog :)

Favorite Local Spot: Brunch at Sips on 10th

Favorite Thing About the Wedding Industry: My favorite thing is hearing about all of the exciting/creative things that couples have planned to make their day as special as possible!

Fun Fact: My left thumb is shorter than my right thumb.

Joslin Williams, Sales Consultant

Previous Experience: In 2019, I received my certification as a Wedding Planner through The Bridal Society. I also worked as a Kay Jewelers sales rep.

Favorite Sports Team: Chicago Cubs

Hobbies: I love to cook and bake!

Favorite Local Spot: Bridge Park in Dublin Ohio! Everything from walking in the park, grabbing a drink at VASO, and bowling at Pins!

Favorite Thing About the Wedding Industry: My favorite thing about working in the wedding industry is the rewarding feeling you get knowing you are a part of one of the most special days in someone’s life. Watching the pure joy on couples’ faces, as well as their friends and family’s, is more reward than anything I could ever ask for from a career.

Fun Fact: My parents have been franchise owners since 2004 so I grew up in the Complete family! I’m also a 2025 bride!

Danielle Wheaton, Sales Consultant

Previous Experience: I worked in healthcare for 15 years before joining the wedding industry in 2020.

Hobbies: Hiking, kayaking, and spending time with all my kids

Favorite Local Spot: I love to check out local breweries!

Favorite Thing About the Wedding Industry: I love helping people plan the BEST day!!

Fun Fact: My youngest and oldest kids are 20 years apart!

Nina Borseth, Sales Consultant

Previous Experience: I was a sales manager for Tolman Media for 4 years and have been a wedding photographer & planner since 2021!

Favorite Sports Team: Buffalo Bills

Hobbies: photography, hiking, traveling, video games, playing board games with friends, watching movies

Favorite Local Spot: Corner Bar, I love to have a few drinks and play darts with friends!

Favorite Thing About the Wedding Industry: I love that each wedding and event is like a fingerprint, unique and personal! No two events are alike.

Fun Facts: My family owns a video game store in my town called GamesXP. I used to write poetry and got published once. I’ve been to Israel, Nepal, South Africa, and Jamaica. I have a brown lab Nova & a lizard named Nebula.

Brenda Tharp, Sales Consultant

Previous Experience: I’ve been a DJ for Complete Weddings + Events since 1994. Along with various jobs in the wedding industry, I had my own catering company for 5 years!

Favorite Sports Team: Huskers + Bears

Hobbies: Spending time with my friends and family

Favorite Local Spot: Our acreage in the peace and quiet

Favorite Thing About the Wedding Industry: I love weddings and helping make people’s perfect day, perfect!

Fun Fact: It’s technically my 30th year with Complete and I’m really excited to come full circle in my wedding career and be part of this AWESOME team:)
