Before stepping into leadership, Connor gained extensive experience in the wedding and events industry — starting out as a Complete Wedding DJ in Omaha from 2013 to 2018, and later owning and operating the Complete Weddings + Events Orlando franchise from 2018 to 2023.

He’s passionate about the wedding industry and enjoys being part of an upbeat and celebratory business that helps couples and clients create unforgettable moments. Outside of work, his interests include playing guitar and cheering on the Nebraska Cornhuskers.
