Amelia and Michael’s outdoor wedding ceremony was a unique celebration for Kansas City. The 12th street bridge above provided tons of shade for the guests, and the brick aisle brought the historic feel of the West Bottoms to the wedding. String lights and chandeliers were hung across the tall parking structure for a touch of festiveness to the urban location. You’ll spot chandeliers as the evening festivities continue in to the night inside the Rumely Tractor Historic Event Space. We were specifically keen on their dessert table you “donut” want to miss.
There was no denying this was an autumn wedding, with deep red bridesmaid dresses and matching groomsmen maroon ties, burgundy florals, and a fall scenery outside of the venue complete with mums and pumpkins.
Touches of Amelia’s style shown through even in the classic all-white wedding dress. Her updo had pieces of hair to frame her face and curls pulled back in a stylish messy low bun. A pop of bold color on the bride’s lips complemented the shades of red seen throughout the day.
