Peter and Shannon celebrated their big day on New Year’s Eve on a beautiful winter day. Once you see some of their photos taken by the lovely Meg Dreyfus and Ryleigh Jackson, you will swoon over their wedding! They celebrated their big winter wedding at St. Peter Catholic Church in St. Charles, MO for their ceremony and Moolah Ballroom for their reception. The church is absolutely stunning with its stained-glass windows.
During the break between the ceremony and reception, they took wedding party photos in New Town St. Charles. This neighborhood in St. Charles is a beautiful location to take your wedding photos with several bodies of water, trees, and unique architecture. The Moolah Ballroom was a very open reception space for all their guests to enjoy food, toast, dance, and celebrate the New Year. Everyone could also not stop talking about the delicious food from Genesis Catering and the awesome Hollywood5 band. Love Story
Peter and Shannon met in 2012 at Missouri State University while studying. They were friends throughout college and after graduation, Shannon moved home and Peter stayed in Springfield. After some time, Shannon decided to contact Peter to catch up with him. After many flights and driving back and forth to visit each other, they finally realized there was something more.
Peter eventually asked Shannon to be his girlfriend and Shannon said yes. Fast forward, Peter purchased a home in St. Louis and made it to be their home. After being together for over five years Peter, the romantic, proposed to Shannon in January before they ate their first meal in their new home. Now, they live happily ever after as Mr. & Mrs. Boudoures!
