Rhianna and Frank’s April 2023 Captiva Island, Florida wedding was the perfect getaway for their destination wedding! These upstate New York natives said their I DO’s across 12 acres of coastal island charm at Tween Waters Island Resort and Spa! Complete Weddings + Events Fort Myers was thrilled to provide Rhianna and Frank with their wedding photography, videography, entertainment, lighting, and coordination services for their beautifully blue beach wedding!

Sentimental Moments
First on the itinerary, was an on-site barber session for Frank, followed by a round of toasts with his groomsmen. Rhianna and her bridesmaids enjoyed champagne photos on the balcony, followed by the bride’s first look with her father. This first look was the sweetest way to prepare for the bride’s sandy walk down the aisle. Before heading out to the beach for the ceremony, both Rhianna and Frank read wedding notes from one another.
The Ceremony
With 80 of their closest friends and family looking on, Rhianna and Frank’s beach ceremony was complete. Rhianna’s father accompanied her down the aisle, where a wooden arch with cascading white roses framed the water’s edge. The bride’s off-the-shoulder whimsical wedding dress and the groom’s navy suit paired beautifully with their ceremony decor and vibe. Rhianna’s bridesmaids wore light baby blue floor-length dresses. After the ceremony, the newlyweds and their wedding party celebrated with beach photos and smiles all around!
The Details
The newlyweds wasted no time getting the celebration started at their wedding reception held within one of Tween Water’s Resort’s event spaces: the charming, Old Captiva House. Complete Weddings + Events Fort Myers’ team was in full effect for this gorgeous blue and white wedding celebration! Complete We Do’s uplighting set the mood for dinner and dancing, while our Complete We Do coordinator (Stephanie) ensured smooth transitions from the beach to the ballroom.
The Sweetest Moments
After dinner and toasts, guests noshed on mini cupcakes and trays of assorted Italian cookies. The cookies were a sweet nod to their native NY and Italian roots! The evening was completed with a fiber optic light-up wand exit, which lit up the walkway as the newlyweds began their forever together.
