Is the full amount due for services up front? Do you offer a payment plan?

No, you don’t have to pay the full amount right away! With Complete Weddings + Events, all we require at the time of booking is the reservation fee. This fee is applied directly to your package, so there’s no extra cost. After your initial deposit, you have the flexibility to pay the remaining balance at your own pace, as long as it’s fully paid off at least 30 days before your event (or according to your event location’s specific requirements).

Is gratuity included? How much do I tip?

Gratuity is not included in Complete Weddings + Events’ service rates. Tipping is entirely up to you! While a general guideline is 10% to 20% for wedding vendors, gratuity is never expected but always appreciated. If your professional(s) exceeded your expectations, a tip is a great way to show your appreciation!

Is there a benefit to booking multiple event services with one company?

Yes! Bundling services with Complete Weddings + Events comes with multiple benefits for our customers:

How do I pay the booking fee or make a payment?

To pay the booking fee and officially lock in your date with Complete Weddings + Events, please follow these steps:

  1. Visit the Online Portal:
    Go to completeeventmanager.com.
  2. Log In to Your Account:
    Enter your email address and password (these details are provided by your event consultant) to access your online account.

You can make a payment by following the same steps.

 

You will receive a payment receipt by email once the payment processes.

When Can I Expect to Hear Back from Complete?

We typically respond within minutes during business hours via phone call, text message, or email. (Be sure to check your spam folder if you haven’t heard from us!)

If you haven’t received a response within 24 business hours, please reach out again, as we may not have received your inquiry.

Do You Travel and How Far?

We do. We cover Florida’s west coast including Cape Coral, Naples, Marco Island, Sanibel Island, Sarasota, Bradenton, and the Tampa Bay Area. In addition, we also cover Melbourne, Mims, and Vero Beach.  Complete Weddings + Events is also located in Fort Lauderdale, Orlando, Jacksonville and many other cities throughout the US.

Do You Guys Only Do Weddings?

Great question. In addition to weddings, we provide our services for many other events including Corporate & School Events, Holiday Parties, Birthdays, Anniversaries, Quinceañeras, Mitsvahs, and much more. Please give us a call. We are looking forward to learning more about your event.

Is there a benefit to book multiple event services with one company?

Yes – Bundling our services together only benefits the customer! Our team of photographers, videographers, DJs, coordinators, and photo booth attendants have worked together on many events and do it in an efficient and fun way! There is also typically savings involved when you bundle Complete Weddings + Events services together.

Photography

How many photos will we receive?

The number can vary, but most couples get between 400 and 800 edited images. We want you to have all those little moments, not just the big ones.

Can we customize our photography package?

Yes, we love working with couples to create something that fits their needs and budget. Just ask.

Do you offer engagement sessions?

Absolutely! Every package includes an engagement session. It’s a great way to get comfortable in front of the camera.

How long will it take to receive my wedding photos and or wedding video?

It usually takes about 8-10 weeks (up to 12 weeks during peak wedding season) for our post-production team to edit your photos and videos and deliver them to you.

When will the photographer contact me to discuss wedding day details?

Your photographer will reach out about a month before your wedding date to set up a time to meet and review all the details for your special day. They’ll also help you finalize your timeline if you haven’t done so already!

Videography

What is the difference between a documentary and cinematic wedding video?

Cinematic video editing is designed to enhance the emotional impact of your wedding by incorporating slow motion, creative camera angles, snippets of vows and speeches, and dramatic music. It’s a unique way of telling your story with a “wow” factor.

Documentary video editing focuses on capturing the day as it unfolds, in real-time and in the order of events. This style is more raw, with little editing, offering a straightforward representation of your wedding day.

Complete Weddings + Events offers both styles of videography, but many couples choose the cinematic style for its emotional depth and storytelling flair.

Do I get to pick the music for my wedding highlight video?

You’re welcome to suggest the style and type of music you’d like in your highlight video! However, due to licensing restrictions, certain songs may not be available. We are also happy to share a list of licensed songs in our library.  If you have a specific licensed song in mind, there may be an additional charge if the song is available for licensing.

 

We recommend choosing a genre or style, allowing our post-production team to get creative and make your video truly amazing!

How long will it take to receive my wedding photos and or wedding video?

How do I check availability and pricing for DJs in Fort Myers, FL?

Do you provide your own equipment?

Yes, our DJs bring professional sound systems, microphones, and lighting. You won’t have to worry about a thing.

Can I customize the playlist for my event?

Absolutely. We encourage you to share your favorite songs and even your do-not-play list. Our DJs want your event to sound like you.

How far in advance should I book DJs in Fort Myers, FL?

It’s best to book your DJ as soon as you have your date and venue set, especially during peak wedding season. Some dates fill up months in advance.

Can I pick my own music?

This is your day, so you can play whatever music you want! You’re welcome to customize your wedding playlist as much or as little as you’d like. Our DJ will play your preferred music and ensure that any guest requests align with the guidelines you’ve provided.  We also want to know of any music you do not want played as well.

Can I go watch a DJ perform at a wedding?

Since weddings are private events, the couple and their families typically prefer to keep the guest list exclusive. Out of respect for the couple and event hosts, we do not allow outside guests to attend private events to observe our DJs. Additionally, each wedding is uniquely tailored to the couple’s preferences, meaning every Complete Weddings + Events DJ performance is customized and different from the next. How Many Hours Will I Need a DJ at a Wedding Reception?

Most wedding reception DJs are typically hired for 5 to 6 hours. If you require music or sound during your wedding ceremony, additional DJ or Emcee time may be needed. Be sure to discuss your timeline with our Event Consultant to ensure seamless coverage for your entire event.

We offer several types of backdrop (you can choose one of the following):

  • No Backdrop – just let the beautiful venue be your backdrop
  • Virtual Backdrops
    • Our virtual backdrops eliminate the background behind a person or group of people and adds a computer generated image instead. We have an exciting catalog of clever and colorful backdrops that are sure to amaze and delight your guests! (In fact, we can use any collection of high resolution jpgs and pngs!) Coordination

Should I hire a day-of wedding coordinator?

Short answer – yes! If you don’t already have a wedding planner and don’t plan to get one, a day-of coordinator takes the stress of your shoulders so you can relax on your actual wedding day for less than the cost of a wedding planner. They make sure your wedding is set up perfectly to your vision, make sure your vendors arrive on time, and are your go-to for anything you need that day! If there’s an issue, you will never know because they got it. They got you!
