It is also likely that even when the quarantine comes to an end, some people may not even be able to travel and gather. Meaning, there will be caveats for each event as we transition into a new era.
The good news is that COMPLETE weddings + events is here for you! Especially now, we encourage you to not stress out — it’s still your wedding and you can still make it yours!

We would like to reassure you that all payments made are 100% secure. All deposits paid have been set aside to cover our services for your day.
We’re sorry that you may have to postpone your affair. We want to do everything we can to make this process as stress-free as possible. If you have a new event date, you can amend this by signing a Date Change form. All the details of your account will also remain the same. Your rate will not increase. To amend your event date, simply call for instructions, 954-499-8099.
That’s no problem! If you don’t have a new event date set, please don’t worry. You can put a placeholder future occasion in for now so that you keep all the hard work you’ve put into the planning. We are so sorry to hear you are considering canceling your special occasion. Where possible, we recommend putting a placeholder future date rather than canceling it. This will ensure that you can still access your event manager. Should the event date be postponed; all the details you’ve input will remain saved. If you cancel; everything you’ve input gets erased.

It’s okay if your rescheduled wedding looks different. Yes, you were hoping for a Saturday wedding in May, but now you’re looking at a Thursday wedding in October. While it’s okay to be upset; feel the emotions… and then let’s come up with a plan together!
This is YOUR day. Think about how you’ll feel years from now. Will you regret not having a ceremony with your loved ones? If the answer is yes, postpone your wedding instead of canceling.
Canceling could hurt you financially. Before you make the decision to fully cancel your wedding – consider the financial hit you will take. Our deposit, as most of your other wedding vendors, is non-refundable. There could also be cancellation fees by canceling with those vendors. We, along with virtually all of your wedding vendors, will happily apply your deposit to a new date instead of it losing that money entirely.
Live Stream! Not everyone can travel in for your ceremony? Not a problem. They can be there in spirit by watching live, from anywhere in the world!
