Wedding coordination focuses on execution during the final month and wedding day, while wedding planning includes ongoing design, budgeting, and vendor sourcing. At Complete Weddings + Events Central Illinois, we do not currently offer full or partial planning, but we do offer a coordination package that starts 2 months out to help to a little more stress off your plate.
Pricing is based on our level of involvement and what all you are wanting handled. We’re happy to create a package that fits your vision during our initial free consultation.
Our digital photo booth rental includes up to 6 hours of service, while our print photo booth includes up to 4 hours of service.
Additional time can always be added on.
It depends on which booth/package you select. We offer a digital photo booth that comes with instant sharing via text or email as well as more traditional photo booth option that comes with instant prints instead of instant sharing via text or email.
Your DJ is scheduled to reach out to you 30-21 days before the wedding day. We’ve found that’s the “sweet spot” where a timeline is normally sketched out and a couple has typically decided on on their main music wants/needs.
This is your day; whatever you want to listen to can be played! You’re able to customize your own wedding playlist (as much or as little as you’d like)! The DJ plays your music preferences and makes sure the requests given by your guests fit within the guidelines you have provided your DJ. If you would like guidance on choosing songs for your highlight moments — cake cutting, grand entrance, first dances — you can ask and your DJ will recommend some to fit your style!
Since most weddings are private events, typically the couple and their families do not want outside guests or ”wedding crashers” to attend. Out of respect for the couple and event hosts, we do not allow guests to attend private events to see our staff. We also customize each event to reflect the couple’s unique style, preferences and requests so no two weddings we perform at are ever the same.
However, we do occasionally perform at public events, venue open houses or fundraisers where our DJs are available for the public to see in action. Feel free to ask us if we have any of these kinds of upcoming events you can attend!
You can help give suggestions on what kind of style and type of music you’d like incorporated throughout your highlight video if you’d like! Due to licensing rights, there are restrictions with certain songs that we need to be abide by. If you do want a certain licensed song in your wedding video, there may be an additional charge.
Overall, we recommend choosing a genre/style/type of song so our post-production team can get creative and make your video amazing!
Cinematic video editing style aims to increase the emotional impact through use of slow motion and transition effects, creative camera angles, snippets of wedding vows and speeches and dramatic music. It has that “wow” factor to tell your story in a unique way.
Documentary video editing focuses on simply capturing the day’s events, as they happen, in the order they happen. This type of editing has have very little cut out and is a raw-like viewing of the day.
Complete Weddings + Events offers both styles of videography options, but the cinematic style is the common choice among couples.
Yes! Engagement sessions are available as standalone bookings or can be added to a wedding photography package!
Our standard package includes up to 2 hours with one of our photographers, editing of the images, an online gallery, and the full rights to your photos!
We typically respond within minutes during business hours, either through phone call, text message, or email. (Check your spam folder if you haven’t heard from us!)

Yes! All of our photography packages include our Signature Release to your photos. You are free to print/post them anywhere you’d like.
We are partnered with a site, called N-Vu, where you’ll be able to view your finished photos. You can also order directly from them, or order from anywhere you’d like (WalMart, Walgreens, Target, etc.).
We do not include gratuity in our pricing, but it is GREATLY appreciated! On average our staff reports back to us they receive tips ranging from $50-$300.
Your balance is due 30 days before the wedding day. We accept debit, credit, ACH (all online through your Event Manager) or personal check.
It is best to have it complete and finalized 30 days before the wedding as we will be reviewing your account around that time, and passing all information onto your team.
