When can I expect to hear back from Complete after reaching out?

We typically respond within minutes during business hours, either through phone call, text message, or email. (Check your spam folder if you haven’t heard from us!)

If you haven’t heard from us within 24 business hours, don’t hesitate to contact us again, as we may have not received your inquiry.

Is gratuity included? How much should I tip?

We do not include gratuity in our pricing, but it is GREATLY appreciated! On average our staff reports back to us they receive tips ranging from $50-$300.

When is my final payment due?

Your balance is due 30 days before the wedding day. We accept debit, credit, ACH (all online through your Event Manager) or personal check.

How long do I have to fill out my online planner (Event Manager)?

It is best to have it complete and finalized 30 days before the wedding as we will be reviewing your account around that time, and passing all information onto your team.

Photography

Do I own the rights to my photos?

Yes! All of our photography packages include our Signature Release to your photos. You are free to print/post them anywhere you’d like.

We are partnered with a site, called N-Vu, where you’ll be able to view your finished photos. You can also order directly from them, or order from anywhere you’d like (WalMart, Walgreens, Target, etc.).
