They stepped up and basically took the part of our absent coordinator. They helped us carry things into the chapel and made sure it was where we wanted it. The biggest thing was during the dinner, they got drink orders from ourselves and our party and came back multiple times to make sure we had what we wanted. I got constant reassurance from Alex all day that if I needed anything done, all I had to do was ask. And that they were there to make sure everything went smoothly.
