Why did you decide to become a photographer?

I have always enjoyed capturing photos. Being a photographer allows me to be creative and document emotions, details, and moments in a beautiful way.

What is your favorite memory from an event you’ve shot?

Capturing a first look where the groom saw his bride and instantly began to cry because he was so happy! Watching him spin his bride around and take in the moment was so special to witness.

What is your favorite thing about being a photographer?

My favorite thing is getting to connect with people and capture moments for them that will have to look back on for the rest of their lives.

What makes you or your work unique / stand out?

My wedding photography is in a documentary style that stands out because it focuses on capturing the day as it naturally unfolds, rather than staging or directing the moments. I capture the authentic story through candid images, giving couples a beautiful and true reflection of their wedding day.

What is your favorite part of the night?

My favorite part of the day is capturing first looks between the couple and getting to take them to do couple photos! These are so fun and gives them time to connect and take in the day.

List one fun fact about you most people do not know:

I love to ride bikes! In my free time I am often cycling around Saint Louis.
