Katelyn and Kyle’s wedding day was absolutely amazing! The outdoor ceremony by the lake and each outdoor photo brings so much color and character to their wedding ceremony. We absolutely love many of these photos and the style that this couple brought to their wedding.
Lakeside Wedding Details & Style
Many of Katelyn and Kyle’s wedding details are to expect for the relaxed atmosphere you want at the lake, but with incredibly gorgeous additions like the florals and greenery around the altar and the off-white bouquets. Katelyn’s lacey wedding dress is very well put together without being too much and looks so summery! The spaghetti straps give us a very warm weather wedding dress look but the veil is such a nice touch to bring some elegance to the warm, summer look. Katelyn straight up brought it on her wedding day and made everything pull together that much more.
Kyle’s style at this wedding is also fairly simple yet so well done.
Ditching a suit jacket, he goes light and summery with his shirt, vest, and bowtie, matching the warm weather look of his bride. Grey vests and pants with brown shoes are a classic look (even without the suit jacket) that pairs great at an outdoor wedding! The bowtie and white boutonniere are great additions to the outfit as well. Kyle’s bowtie adds a great amount of fun to his look and his white boutonniere matches Katelyn’s wedding dress very well.
The bridesmaids and groomsmen match the couple very well also.
Each member of the wedding party fits the outdoor, lakeside wedding vibe along with the bride and groom. While the groomsmen sported bowties and suspenders, the bridesmaids wore dusty deep rose flowy floor-length dresses and held white bouquets to contrast against the colored dress. The suspenders and bowties that each groomsman wore added an element of fun to the summer wedding!
