Our DJ Jeff and photographer Christin were absolutely amazing to have on our wedding day! Christin was so outgoing and helpful in posing us. It was fairly hot and it was reassuring to have the time to dab off sweat, etc. Then DJ Jeff was such a great facilitator at our reception. Right after the ceremony, the tornado and thunderstorm warnings started going off and Jeff reassured me that everything would be fine and that he would take care of everything and the guests. My stress levels were completely lifted and I believe it is all because of those two people. They allowed me to truly enjoy our wedding day. And I cannot be more thankful for that alone.

Starting in my teens, I bring 20 years of experience as a DJ, spending most of that focused on Weddings, playing for crowds of every genre, size, style, and mood. I have never stopped learning and improving, and I am always looking for the next opportunity to bring a better experience to all my couples.
I bring the music, experience, technical skills, and lighting to take your event anywhere from a full club experience to any other form of musically crafted journey, focusing on using the songs not individually, but building them into an experience.

What is the best part about DJing at weddings?
Weddings are so unique to every couple, every event, and every gathering of friends and family. From very traditional and conservative to incredibly unique, each event is its own set of challenges and goals, with an experience that truly is its own. In the many hundreds of weddings, no two have ever been the same.
A wedding is one of the largest celebrations in a couple’s life. I feel honored to be a part of the celebration, and to help you make lasting memories.
What is your #1 goal at an event?
My goal for every event is to see and execute the vision of every couple and leave both you and your guests with a memory you’ll cherish for the rest of your life. I want every person at a wedding to feel welcome to come on to the dance floor and be a part of that experience as well. I want every couple to feel that in picking me as their DJ, that an investment was made, not just an expense for the night.

What is your favorite thing about being a DJ?
I love to see people smiling, dancing and having a great time. And, of course, I love being able to incorporate all styles of music, which has been important throughout my life.
What is your favorite part of the night?
That’s a tough one! There are so many awesome components of each event, but I would have to say the best is hearing the bride/groom/customer say “thank you so much” at the end of the night and say what a great time they had.
*What is your favorite party song to play at events?
There are so many fun songs, so it’s difficult to choose just one! It depends on the group, but some of the top ones would be when everyone is dancing and singing along to songs like “Shout,” “Don’t Stop Believing,” “Total Eclipse of the Heart,” “Friends In Low Places,” etc.
I used Complete Wedding and Events to DJ my wedding. We worked with Wayne from beginning to end, he was professional and had some really fun ideas for how to get the party going and keep guests entertained. He showed up early to set up on the wedding day and was organized and efficient. He was super kind and respected all of my very detailed requests. Wonderful - highly recommend!

Wayne was so easy to work with! He kept us updated & answered any questions we had (even the "dumb" ones!) He was easy to get in touch with & extremely quick to respond to emails/texts/phone calls. He ended up being our DJ too, & he did a fantastic job! We had guests dancing who we've never seen dance! Our guests are still talking about how much fun that was, & also the photo booth. It was a big hit! I love that Complete made us a scrap book with everyone's pics from the booth. What a great guestbook!!! And we have an online gallery of all the pics as well. They were all so easy to work with, they relieved a lot of planning stress off our shoulders! Ian was a fabulous DJ! He went above and beyond repeatedly: he got the crowd going with our 'kissing menu', kept things moving, was very entertaining, played what we wanted which was songs to keep everyone dancing all night, and they did!

Hands down, I love getting to spend time with 2 people who are truly in love with each other. My favorite part is getting to see this connection shine during the first dance, it’s as if the entire world melts away for a few minutes and what’s left is the purest form of love and passion🤍
What is your favorite part of the night?
Other than the first dance, I absolutely love getting to play games with the wedding party, especially scavenger hunts! I’ve had quite a few competitive bridesmaids and groomsmen who quite literally will throw each other in order to win😂
What is your favorite party song to play at events?
My favorite song I play to get the party going is Fireball by Pitbull. I use this song all the time to pack the dance floor with a conga line or what I like to call a fireball dance🔥 PS: It works like a charm 😉
Caden (DJ) - I can't say enough about how amazing Caden is! He went out of his way to make our day the most fun and was really the MVP out the whole night! From our first communication, to our first meeting, and even after everything was said and done, he made sure to make us feel special. Caden listened to our every need, made any and all accomodations we had, and even went further to include our friends and family into the event. When I tell you that Michael Jackson can't out dance Caden, I mean it! This man was out hyping the guests, dancing, laughing, taking requests, and made the dance floor lit AF! He made my daughter feel like such a big part of the day by including her and letting her MC for a bit and even rap us a song 😂! The whole night was just a dream. Thank you Caden and thank you Complete for a legit Completely awesome fairytale night!

Caden was hands down the best DJ we could have asked for. Throughout the weekend and after the wedding, our family and friends are all in awe of how interactive, creative and helpful he was an felt like part of the family and support system in the planning and hosting. We were matched with Tim and his assistant Celia for our big day. We have been hearing from all our guests that they had an absolute blast! They nailed the style of music and kept the dance floor going the best they could (a lot of our guests were older and preferred sitting and talking, but that was expected). We were told they were very good about playing song requests promptly. Both Celia and Tim were also good about communicating to Levi and I throughout the reception about when we wanted to get things moving and acted swiftly when we told them we were ready. Our older guests were very tickled that you both made it out to their tables to take song requests. And great job with the scavenger hunt! Thank you everyone at Complete for helping us celebrate!

Our DJ, Tim, was so great! He was interactive and fun. He also kept the evening flowing and was great at communicating. He definitely kept our guests dancing and even joined in on the fun! Our videographer, Scott, also did a great job and offered great ways to capture the day. He also offered up lighting assistance to assist with indoor photos.

We used Complete for our photographer and DJ. Both were fabulous to work with and so knowledgeable, professional, and fun! Christin our photographer knew exactly how to pose us naturally and let the session flow naturally with lots of photo ops. She made sure that we caught every opportunity that we wanted to get photos in during our busy schedule, and we are so impressed with her! Can't wait to see how the pictures turned out. Tim our DJ was awesome as well! He kept the energy high during the reception and dance, and he was able to read the crowd very well. When we were wanting to wind things down a bit early, he had the perfect final songs to play at the end to end on a high note. Just a great guy and great DJ! And of course, Sarah the owner in Sioux Falls is so professional, punctual and responsive. She is very easy to talk to via phone or email and was always very helpful. Tim did a great job with our wedding. He took very little direction and executed it amazingly! My guests loved the romantic and Christmas feel. I even saw him bust out a few dance moves, that was fun!
He stayed engaged with my family and friends, too. He suggested a 5 minute photo challenge after we arrived to the reception and that's the one thing I got the most compliments on. My family and friends loved that watching us race across the room and watch everyone else get prepared for when we arrived to them. We also did the Scavenger Hunt and that was a huge hit!

1. How would you describe your personality?
I’m outgoing, creative, eccentric, and funny, but also have a nerdy, intellectual side. I’m a “chameleon” in terms of how I fit into different social situations and groups– I can find something to talk about with pretty much anyone.
2. What makes you unique as a DJ?
A friend once told me that every time he hangs out with me, he “learns about a new genre of music”, and I thought that was the best compliment! Over the past decade, I’ve felt equally at home designing Victorian costumes for opera singers in NYC and getting in the mosh pit at punk shows. Music and dance is a universal language to me. In 2019, I attended a wedding where most of the guests only spoke Farsi, but I knew enough traditional Persian dance moves to fit right in and bond with people!
3. Why do you enjoy working at Complete Weddings and Events?
I enjoy the theatricality of combining music, lighting, and MCing to create an interactive show of sorts! There’s a very positive vibe to everything Complete Weddings and Events does, and it attracts people with fun personalities!
4. What is the best part of DJing a wedding?
The first dance for the newly married couple– each one is unique, personal, and an emotional experience. It encapsulates a major life transition in a beautifully symbolic way.
5. What is your favorite part of the night?
When I can tell that the couple is relaxed and having a blast with their guests! I love when people are singing along with the music, dancing like no one’s watching, and having zero inhibitions.

I’m the type of guy to always look at the glass half-full, no matter the situation. I’m friendly, kind, upbeat, and I’d like to say charismatic. Sprinkle in a little bit of funiness and my own sense of style, and boom you’ve completed the painting of a person called Jordan!

My sense for people is something I like to pride myself on, knowing the little subtleties of how to act around any group I find myself in. Not only do I love people, but the gratuity I feel when I get to be apart of someone’s special day fills me with an infectious energy that spreads to those who I get to work with.

It’s a blast each and every day. I’ve never before had the pleasure of being in an environment quite like Complete, where everyone is so kind, upbeat, helpful, and most importantly, focused on a common goal. Everyone has their own way of doing things, but the team here at Complete is a blender of ideas that at the end of the day, all work.
What is the best part about DJing at weddings?
The atmosphere. Being apart of it and helping to create the party is like jet fuel to me, it lights a fire in me that won’t quit. The laughs, the smiles, the crazy times are all memories to me. That’s what life is about, right? Making memories!
What is your #1 goal at an event?
To make it a memory that won’t be forgotten anytime soon. Someone’s wedding day is a magical day in their lives, and it’s my job to keep the magic alive as long as I can.
What is your favorite thing about being a DJ?
To be honest, all of it. I really vibe with a party atmosphere, so it’s a win-win situation to be able to be in it AND get paid to do so!
What is your favorite part of the night?
A couple’s first dance. It’s an emotional and wonderful moment that they’re going to remember for the rest of their lives. Call me touchy feely, but it’s really something that tugs at the heartstrings.
What is your favorite party song to play at events?
“Mr. Brightside” – The Killers. It’s a classic song that everyone knows. It’s a great song to dance to and to get the crowd going singing along. It’s one that everyone remembers hitting the charts from their teen and college years, it’s like a bungee cord that springs you back to the moment you first heard it.

For me, the most touching moment of the night is the Father/Bride dance. Witnessing the heartfelt connection between them as they dance and share words is incredibly beautiful. It tugs at my heartstrings and reminds me of the power of love and family.

When everyone is feeling good and start up the country line dances, it makes me want to get out there and party with them too!

I like to think of myself in 2 ways. 1 – I am a force to be reckoned with (In a good way). And 2 – I am a sentimental person. Sentimental with relationships, events, and even items, I mean I still have my baby blanket and smock from when I worked at hobby lobby (Btw, shhhh that’s our secret). Basic stuff you need to know about me is that I love goosebumps/the whole horror genre, my favorite dessert is honey buns, and I will cry if anyone plays cavetown music. I’ve also got a pretty diverse personal playlist from various genres/generations, so rest assured, I will make sure ALL song groups are acknowledged best to my ability.
I aim to make memories best I can. I will not only do my best to pump life into a party, but I will also have complete regard for the importance of YOUR day. I will be who you want and need at this event, whether it be a birthday, wedding, etc. Clients satisfaction is my number 1 goal, so rest assured I am on YOUR side from start to finish.

My topmost priority at any event is to create an atmosphere where the couple and everyone involved in organizing the wedding feels completely at ease. Building a genuine connection with my couples is crucial to ensure they can wholeheartedly enjoy their special day.

Personally, my favorite moment of the night is when the energy peaks, and everyone is ready to hit the dance floor with full force! I have a special affinity for the club hits of the 2000s and 2010s (you know, the tracks that fueled prom nights). When I sense the crowd’s anticipation for some Lil Jon or Usher, I can’t help but get excited and pumped up!

My ultimate go-to party anthem has to be “No Hands” by Waka Flocka! It’s an absolute crowd-pleaser, and its infectious beats never fail to get everyone moving and grooving.

How would you describe your personality?
If I had to describe myself with one word I’d probably have to say that “curious” fits me best. I’m always looking for something new to learn, or obsessing over one of the several hobbies (usually tech-related) that I dabble in when the others get too frustrating. In between those, I tend to be pretty laid back (ie: “Lazy”) and open to new ideas when it comes to most things! However, if you get me talking about anything related to science or technology, you might regret asking “How’s that thing work?”.
What makes you unique as a DJ?
I think my strength as both a DJ and musician is my ability to improvise and quickly adapt to unexpected challenges.
The inevitable moment when 200 emotional (and often inebriated) people end up in the same room as their relatives is bound to stir some chaos, and I take pride in knowing that in the case of a plan being undone I am able to keep things moving smoothly.
This trait, combined with years of solo performing as a guitarist, also makes me good at reading a crowd and recognizing when things need to be mixed up!
Why do you enjoy working at Complete Weddings + Events?
Music has always been one of the biggest influences in my life. I’ve performed for fun and pay as a solo guitarist for ten years, however, I had never stepped into the role of a DJ until I was hired by Complete. The role was a perfect fit, and has served to deepen my love for all things musical by opening new creative doors for me to explore.
Beyond that, the opportunity to play a central role in the organization of a day they have waited a lifetime building toward is incredibly humbling. There’s nothing quite like seeing an entire family come together and experience a milestone celebration like a wedding: you literally are witnessing a part of that family’s history!

The people! Having the opportunity to meet and interact with so many different people in one night is always what leaves me wanting more. My goal is to make every dance a cherished memory for the rest of your life. I want every guest to leave having had an amazing time.
Everything went amazing! From having to reschedule multiple times to being behind for pictures on my wedding day every one rolled with the punches and made my day amazing.
