Meet Nicole

Nicole’s love for photography started early and grew even stronger when she took film photography classes in high school. She loves getting to know each couple, hearing their vision, and capturing the moments that make their wedding day special, especially those sweet moments shared between a bride and her parents!

Nicole also loves the energy of a wedding reception, when everyone can finally let loose, celebrate, and have fun together. Her life outside of weddings has taken her from being born and raised in Chicago to now living on a cattle farm in southwest Minnesota with her husband. A huge animal lover, Nicole shares the farm with chickens, dogs, and beef cattle… a pretty big change from city life!

What is your favorite thing about being a photographer?

I love getting to know each couple and learning about the vision they have for their wedding day. It’s so rewarding to help capture that vision and turn their special moments into memories they can look back on for years to come.

What is your favorite part of a wedding night?

The reception is my favorite part because everyone gets to relax, let loose, and really enjoy the celebration. I love capturing all the laughter, dancing, and fun moments as everyone celebrates together!

What is a favorite moment from events you shoot?

One of my favorite moments to capture is when the bride shares a special moment with her dad or mom. Those moments are always filled with so much genuine emotion and love, and it’s an honor to preserve those memories for them.
