How many photos will we receive?

You can expect about 50 to 80 images per hour of photographing. This estimate varies depending on your wedding package, number of guests, venue type, weather, and other factors. Our Signature package includes up to 800 beautifully edited images.

How long after the wedding will we receive our photos?

Turnaround time varies by season—during our busy summer months, expect to see your online gallery about 6-12 weeks after your wedding. Your gallery will be ready to share with loved ones and order prints, albums, and more.

Do you offer engagement sessions?

Yes! Most of our packages include an engagement session. It’s a fantastic way to get comfortable in front of the camera before the main event. Plus, they make for adorable save-the-dates—perfect for showing off your favorite local spots, whether that’s a Rochester park, a Brainerd lake, or a Madison landmark.

We work around the weather the best we can, but our equipment is expensive and stops working when water is introduced. We can work with you to find other moments to capture if rain or other inclement weather gets in our way—and if you have a coordinator, they’ll be pivoting to Plan B before you even notice a single cloud.

Do you do Destination Weddings/Travel?

Absolutely. Based in Rochester, Brainerd, and Madison, we’re available for destination weddings worldwide. If your wedding is over 50 miles outside our areas, we’re happy to come to your city for an additional fee to cover travel and reasonable accommodations.

How can I make a deposit or payment?

Is gratuity included? How much do I tip?

Gratuity isn’t included in our service pricing. Think of our team like your favorite server—if they made your night better, tipping is a beautiful way to say thanks. We usually see folks tip in the 20-30% range, but ultimately, go with what feels right in your gut.

Your final payment is due 30 days out from the event.
