Do coordinators work with other Complete services?

Yes! Because we’re all part of the same team, we work in perfect sync with our DJs, photographers, and videographers from the first planning session. Your coordinator knows exactly how we operate, which means seamless communication and zero dropped balls.

Will you stay until the end of the reception?

We’ll be there for every moment you want us for—coordinating with vendors, making sure tips get distributed, and ensuring everything wraps up smoothly. We don’t leave until you don’t need us anymore.

How do you handle last-minute changes or emergencies?

This is where we earn our keep. Lost item? Snapped strap? Family dynamics getting weird? We’re the calm in the storm. We carry emergency kits that could probably handle a small spacecraft malfunction, and we have a network of local contacts in Madison and Wisconsin Dells area who can solve almost anything. Your job is to sip champagne and be blissfully unaware.

Can you assist with setup and tear-down logistics?

Absolutely. We handle decor, vendor deliveries, and all the little details so you can actually enjoy your day. Setup happens while you’re getting glammed; tear-down happens while you’re dancing. You’ll never even see the work, just the magic.

Do you provide rehearsal coordination?

Yes, we do! We’ll be there to run the show, keep things moving, and make sure everyone knows where to stand and when to walk. Less stress, more rehearsal dinner enjoyment.

Do you help create the wedding timeline?

100%. We live for timelines. We’ll work with you to set clear times for everything—from hair and makeup to the last dance. Then we’ll make sure every vendor has that timeline and knows exactly when and where to be.

How far in advance should I book?

It’s best to book as early as possible, especially for peak wedding season. Popular dates in Rochester, Brainerd, and Madison can fill up 8-12 months out. That said, last-minute inquiries never hurt—sometimes the universe aligns and we can make it work!

Does your team have liability insurance?

We do! Just let us know if your venue requires a certificate of liability, and we can send that over to them.

What if it rains on my outdoor wedding day?

We work around the weather the best we can, but our equipment is expensive and stops working when water is introduced. We can work with you to find other moments to capture if rain or other inclement weather gets in our way—and if you have a coordinator, they’ll be pivoting to Plan B before you even notice a single cloud.

Do you do Destination Weddings/Travel?

Absolutely. Based in Rochester, Brainerd, and Madison, we’re available for destination weddings worldwide. If your wedding is over 50 miles outside our areas, we’re happy to come to your city for an additional fee to cover travel and reasonable accommodations.

How can I make a deposit or payment?

Easy. Just visit completeeventmanager.com and log in with your credentials. That’s where you can make a deposit, lock in your date, or pay down your balance whenever you’re ready.

Is gratuity included? How much do I tip?

Gratuity isn’t included in our service pricing. Think of our team like your favorite server—if they made your night better, tipping is a beautiful way to say thanks. We usually see folks tip in the 20-30% range, but ultimately, go with what feels right in your gut.

When is my final payment due?

Your final payment is due 30 days out from the event.

How do I access my portal?

Head on over to completewedding.com/login and log in using the email and password your event consultant sent your way. That portal is your command center—all the important details about your big day will be living there.
