How long do I have to fill out my planning account?

We lock your online planning form 14 days prior to your event. We lock it to make sure we don’t miss anything that you might change after we’ve given the information to your event person. Don’t worry, anything can be added or changed, you just need to inform your event person when you meet with them prior to your event.

When is my final payment due?

We ask that your balance is paid in full at least two week prior to the event. You can pay it off anytime if you wish.

Is gratuity included? How much do I tip?

Gratuity is not included. You are not required to tip your (service). However, they if you feel your (service) deserves a tip we normally suggest 10-15%

How can I make a deposit or payment?

To pay the booking fee and officially lock in your date with Complete Weddings + Events, visit completeeventmanager.com. Add in your email address and password (provided from your event consultant) to log in to your online account and make a deposit or payment.

Photo Booth

Is there a limit on the number of photos?

Nope. Your guests can snap as many photos as they want during the rental time.

Can I customize the photo booth for my event?

Absolutely. We offer a bunch of backdrops, props, and print templates to match your style. Just tell us your vision and we’ll help make it happen.

What’s included with the booth rental?

Each rental comes with setup, a friendly attendant, unlimited sessions, props, instant prints, and a custom scrapbook. You also get digital copies of all the photos.

How much more is it for an additional hour of photo booth?

Each additional hour is $125. This can be added or removed up to the day prior to your event. Any additional time is non-refundable the day of your event. If you add time the day of your event, the price is $150 per hour and is due immediately.

When will the photo booth operator contact me to discuss wedding day details?

Your photo booth operator will contact you by e-mail, or text to chat. They mainly need to know where you want them to setup, when you want them to start and what you want on your personalized photo strip.

Photography

How soon will we get our wedding photos?

Turnaround time can vary, but most couples receive their photos within 10 to 12 weeks. If you’re in a hurry, let us know and we’ll see what we can do.

Do you offer engagement sessions?

Yes, engagement sessions are available and they’re a great way to get used to being in front of the camera.

Can we meet our photographer before the wedding?

Absolutely. We think it’s important to connect with your photographer ahead of time so everyone’s comfortable.

How much more is it for an additional hour of photography?

Additional time is $100 per hour. You can add the time prior to the event or the day of your event.

When will the photographer contact me to discuss wedding day details?

Your photographer will setup a consultation at least 30 days prior to your event to go over your timeline and review your day.

Coordination

How much more is it for an additional hour of coordination?

Additional time is $100 per hour. You can add the time prior to the event or the day of your event.

When will the coordinator contact me to discuss wedding day details?

Your coordinator will setup a meeting at least 30 days prior to your event to build your timeline and go over the event with you. They will also contact you the week of your wedding to confirm final details.

DJ

What’s included in your wedding DJ packages?

All our packages include a professional sound system, dance floor lighting, a wireless mic, and a DJ who knows how to read the room. If you want extras like uplighting, just ask.

Will the DJ also act as an emcee?

Yes, our DJs can handle announcements, introductions, and keeping the flow going throughout the night.

Can I customize the playlist for my wedding?

Absolutely! We love working with your must-play and do-not-play lists. It’s your day, and the music should reflect that.

How long does it take to get our finished wedding video?

Turnaround times vary, but most couples get their films within 8 to 12 weeks. We’ll keep you posted every step of the way.

Can I choose the music for my wedding video?

Usually, yes! We love when couples have a vibe in mind. Just keep in mind some songs might have copyright restrictions, but we’ll help you figure it out.

What’s included in your wedding videography packages?

Packages can include highlight films, full ceremony coverage, drone footage, and even a love story video. You can always ask for the details or something custom.

How much more is it for an additional hour of videography?
