We lock your online planning form 14 days prior to your event. We lock it to make sure we don’t miss anything that you might change after we’ve given the information to your event person. Don’t worry, anything can be added or changed, you just need to inform your event person when you meet with them prior to your event.
We ask that your balance is paid in full at least two week prior to the event. You can pay it off anytime if you wish.
Gratuity is not included. You are not required to tip your (service). However, they if you feel your (service) deserves a tip we normally suggest 10-15%
To pay the booking fee and officially lock in your date with Complete Weddings + Events, visit completeeventmanager.com. Add in your email address and password (provided from your event consultant) to log in to your online account and make a deposit or payment.
Each additional hour is $125. This can be added or removed up to the day prior to your event. Any additional time is non-refundable the day of your event. If you add time the day of your event, the price is $150 per hour and is due immediately.
