I’d describe my DJ personality as upbeat, approachable, and organized. I enjoy interacting with guests, reading the room, and creating an atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable enough to have fun. My goal is to keep the energy flowing while making sure the event flows naturally and reflects each couple’s unique vision.
One of my favorite memories was watching the dance floor grow throughout the night and realizing everyone was genuinely enjoying the music I had chosen. Seeing guests smile, dance, and have fun together reminded me why I love being a DJ.
I genuinely care about making every event feel personal. I take the time to understand what my clients want, stay organized throughout the evening, and adapt to the crowd as the night unfolds. I pay close attention to the little details so my clients can relax and enjoy their celebration.
My favorite part is open dancing. After all the formalities are complete, everyone can relax, celebrate, and enjoy being together. It’s rewarding to see the dance floor fill up and watch guests create memories that the couple will remember for years to come.
Honestly, my favorite song is whatever means the most to the couple. I love when brides and grooms share those. Must-play songs that have a special meaning to them even if they’re not the most popular songs. There’s nothing better than watching them light up, sing every word, and see their friends and family rush to the dance floor because it’s their song. Those moments are what make every wedding unique, and they’re some of my favorite memories as a DJ.
I’ve always loved music, and that passion started long before I became a DJ. I spent over a decade in band, orchestra, and marching band, where I learned to read music and developed an appreciation for what goes into creating it. Becoming a DJ gave me the opportunity to combine that love of music with something I enjoy just as much: helping people celebrate some of the biggest moments of their lives. I love creating an atmosphere where people can relax, have fun, and make memories they’ll never forget.
One fun fact about me is that I train in Krav Maga! It’s a fun way to challenge myself while learning practical self-defense.
