It was a cool November morning, Dana and Bricen were getting ready for their big day! They made their way to the church to start getting ready and they could hardly contain their excitement. Take a look at how their autumn wedding day played out!
The Details
The details of this wedding were just perfect. The wedding colors consisted of red, cream, and light pink. The couple decided to use wooden flowers for their bouquets, which are unique because they can last forever and tend to cost less than real flowers.
The bride wore a stunning white v-neck dress with spaghetti straps. The long white dress had lace detailing that trickled down all the way to the bottom of the dress. The bride also wore sparkly red heels that fit perfectly with the wedding colors.
The Wedding Party
The wedding party consisted of five bridesmaids, five groomsmen, three flower girls, and one ring bearer. The bridesmaids wore long red dresses, each slightly different in style, nude-colored shoes, and their hair pulled back into an updo. The groomsmen wore black suits, with red ties that matched the bridesmaid dresses and black shoes.
The flower girls all wore white dresses with lace detailing at the top and tulle skirts and white ankle-strap flats. The ring bearer wore a suit matching the groomsmen with a red bowtie.
Before the Ceremony
The bride and groom spent the morning getting ready separately. The bride did a first look with her bridesmaids and their reactions were priceless. After both the bride and groom were done getting ready, they did a first together and gave each other gifts.
The Wedding Ceremony
The wedding ceremony took place at Sheridan Lutheran Church located in Lincoln, NE. They had a sweet ceremony surrounded by their closest friends and family and then everyone made their way to the reception to keep on celebrating the newlyweds.
The reception following the ceremony took place at Round the Bend Steakhouse in Ashland, NE. They enjoyed dinner before they shared their first dance as a married couple. After they danced, Dana changed into some more comfy shoes so she could keep enjoying the night. They had a bouquet toss and cut the cake and then everyone joined them on the dance floor to dance the night away!
