He did a good job of managing the flow of the reception and payed attention to the little things like carrying my food plate so that I didn’t accidentally get food on my dress. “We went with the whole package. Coordinator, DJ, Video/photography, photo booth and up lighting. Every single person was professional and knew what they were doing. We collaborated with every person to get exactly what we wanted and they all delivered. Words cannot describe how happy we were. Faith, our coordinator made sure everyone stayed in the time line and got everyone where they needed to be. Faith made sure that we did not have to stress about anything. We did not think an event coordinator was going to be necessary at the time, but we went with it because it was part of the package. I can tell you this, I would recommend everyone get a coordinator for their wedding after having Faith coordinate ours! Our DJ Tim Mendlik was AMAZING! I spoke with him for about an hour regarding the type of music and which genres I wanted played. He took all of my suggestions and just knocked it out of the park. Our photographer Eugene Peterchuk was great as well. He made everyone feel so comfortable during the photo sessions. He had great time management and engaged well with everyone in the photos. “The team was so great and helpful!! Alexis was so excellent at directing and setting up shots. The previews were so wonderful I can’t hardly wait for the rest. Ben and Anthony were awesome and worked so well together capturing our special day!! Kenzie was great organizing everyone and keeping us on track. She is as good at problem-solving too and made our day run smoothly. The photo booth was a huge hit!!! Definitely a highlight of the night!! The DJ Cass was great and kept the party going all night. She timed the music for the ceremony perfectly and made sure the night was everything we wanted and more. “I had the world’s best DJ in my opinion. I wanted a DJ that was going to help facilitate dancing and excitement on the dance floor. DJ Tupper was exactly that. Every hour he checked in with me and what I was thinking so far. He also played every song on my play list!!! The dances he helped lead were a great hit and people rushed to the dance floor to join in. I had the best photographer and videography team. Jenny and Tony worked seamlessly together. Their timeline was organized and flowed perfectly with the day. They worked hard to capture every moment. It may have been only 19 degrees out but they didn’t let that get in the way. They were always wanting to go the extra mile to get the perfect shot. I also had an amazing love story created by Ben.
