Hello, hi, and howdy. I’m Alex, and I am that towering figure behind the DJ booth. Even though I might be tall, I love to get the party started and to get down with it! I like to bring a strong vibe to a wedding and bring a little showmanship to the mic. I have a theatre background, so I have a thrill for putting on a good set. For several years, I have worked in weddings and events from building the dance floor to stacking chairs at the end of the night. I have seen it all. I want the special day to run smoothly and without any troubles. When I am not behind the DJ booth, I like to read, play video games, and listen to new music. I hope that I can bring the fun and excitement to your special day and help you build lasting memories with your friends, family, and significant other.
I like to let the music speak for itself. I can bring a lot of personality to the announcements, entrances, et cetera. However, I know that sometimes it is more about the moments between the guests rather than air horns blaring throughout the night.
My favorite memory as a DJ would be the tears of joy streaming down the face of a newly wedded bride about to make her grand entrance with the love of her life to a room full of people that love them both. The music, the timing, and the guests really brought the scene together.
I am not afraid to try new music. I enjoy finding new songs to play and see them resonate with the guests.
My favorite part is seeing someone who has just been tapping their toe all night finally get out onto the dance floor. It might be a slow song that gets them up or a party anthem. It is nice to see people make memories throughout the night.

I have a background in theatre both on the stage and behind the curtain. I thought that this endeavour would be something that I enjoy, and I am not mistaken. In the past, I have worked with weddings starting at the help and working my way up to a supervisor position. Once you get a taste of the wedding life, It’s an addictive business.
