Shortly after you reserve our services, you will receive our comprehensive Complete Welcome Packet. Think of it as your Complete cheat sheet. Feel free to review this handy resource multiple times throughout your planning process. It’s filled with helpful info and our team is always here to answer an follow-up questions you may have. In this document, you will learn more about Complete including:
- A personal welcome letter from our team
- Office information including team contacts, office locations, and hours

#2 – Schedule A Consultation with our Director of Coordination
Every couple who books with Complete can schedule a free consultation with our Director of Coordination, Tara. This one-on-one meeting is an excellent opportunity to discuss your wedding vision, get personalized advice, and ask any planning questions. During this meeting, we can help you:
- Request staff and share preferences of what you are looking for in a DJ, photographer, or videographer
- Get referrals from our list of trusted venues/vendors.
- Schedule an engagement session (for couples who reserved our photography services)
- Customize your service experience
- Review your event timeline
- Answer any other remaining questions you may have

#3 – Utilize Your Event Manager
Our Event Manager portal is your centralized hub for all things wedding planning! When you reserve our services, we will send you your personalized login. If you have trouble navigating the platform or forget your password, just reach ou,t and we can reset it for you with no problem. On your Event Manager, you can:
- Fill out planning information – Provide detailed information about your event by completing your planning forms online. You can make changes and update information whenever you want, but we highly recommend couples start filling out their planning forms early on so we can pair you with your dream team. Don’t forget they are due 13 days before your event.
- Easily make payments – The best thing about our services is that you can pay at your own pace. Make small payments along the way or pay in full when it works best for you! Payments can be made online using a credit/debit card, eCheck, or over the phone. Final payments are due one week before your event.
- Stay organized – View your service details, track payments, and keep all communication in one place.
