This package is for the couples that are looking for guidance throughout their entire planning process as well as need unlimited time on their wedding weekend to handle all of the logistics from setup to tear down and everything in between. We can handle every detail of your big day with your vision in mind. We often start working with couples 12-14 months before the big day.
This package starts about six months prior to your wedding day. It is for couples that have most of the planning taken care of but would like assistance with the remaining details. We will be the liaison between you and your vendors and help plan the flow of your day. This package includes 12 hours of day-of coordination so you can truly sit back and enjoy your day.
This is a Month of Coordination package. Ideal for couples who have selected all the vendors, invited all the guests, but want someone to execute their ceremony & reception leaving them with a stress-free experience. This package will give you 8 hours of coverage on your wedding day. However, will not cover some vendor load-ins or setup & tear down of decorations unless additional time is added. We start working with couples about two months prior to the wedding day.

Your coordinator will execute your plan from the first steps to the last. First off, your event manager will speak on behalf of you and your wishes on the big day. Their job is to answer everyone else’s questions and ensure your requests for the day have been fulfilled. Also, our coordinators eliminate confusion as event vendors conduct multiple events in a month, (sometimes in one week), and their follow-through will guarantee your event’s specific details are a go!
We don’t even like saying it, but we have seen it. Despite ample planning, things can go wrong at weddings. Food comes up short, the best man goes missing, and your baby cousin knocks over your head table decor. Your wedding day manager will step in and correct things, and many times, you won’t even know anything went awry until the next day! We equip our coordinators with a wedding day emergency kit that has everything you might need such as needle and thread, hairspray, bandaids, and so much more!
Our Complete Weddings + Events coordinators work and train with your other Complete Weddings + Events event vendors to ensure the team is all on the same page. There’s no doubling up on duties so you’re not overpaying vendors for offerings you already have covered.
