This package is for the couples that are looking for guidance throughout their entire planning process as well as need unlimited time on their wedding weekend to handle all of the logistics from setup to tear down and everything in between. We can handle every detail of your big day with your vision in mind. We often start working with couples 12-14 months before the big day.
This package starts about six months prior to your wedding day. It is for couples that have most of the planning taken care of but would like assistance with the remaining details. We will be the liaison between you and your vendors and help plan the flow of your day. This package includes 12 hours of day-of coordination so you can truly sit back and enjoy your day.
This is a Month of Coordination package. Ideal for couples who have selected all the vendors, invited all the guests, but want someone to execute their ceremony & reception leaving them with a stress-free experience. This package will give you 8 hours of coverage on your wedding day. However, will not cover some vendor load-ins or setup & tear down of decorations unless additional time is added. We start working with couples about two months prior to the wedding day.
