Unlimited prints are included with your photo booth rental package. Guests can take as many photos as they like during the session
Some of our photo booth packages including printing of physical strips on-site instead of digital print delivery. We can also include a photo album with prints of everyone who participated with your booth as well as digital files based upon your package.
Yes. Send us your design so we can incorporate it in your booth. We can also take your suggestions and custom design your strip for you.
Yes. We provide a variety of props for every occasion. You are free to provide your own if you’d like!
Closed booths are the traditional box-style, with all elements contained within an enclosed compartment. Open-air booths, are made up of free-standing backdrop, camera and printer. We typically provide only open-air booths are our events. If you would prefer a closed booth, please contact our office team.
Short answer: YES! One of the benefits of using Complete is that we have videographers and managers on standby in case anything unforeseen should occur. You can relax knowing we’ve got your back no matter what!
Yes. We save all raw and edited footage for 10+ years. However, we highly recommend you save your footage and edited videos in at least two seperate locations so you always have access to them.
Yes. Raw footage is included in some of our videography packages.
It typically takes about 12 weeks during peak seasons for our post-production team to edit your video. If a sneak peek trailer was included in your package, it will be posted to our social pages a month after your event.
Cinematic video editing style aims to increase the emotional impact through use of slow motion and transition effects, creative camera angles, snippets of wedding vows and speeches and dramatic music. Our signature cinematic package is the most common choice among couples. Documentary video editing focuses on simply capturing the day, as they happen, in the order they happen. This type of editing has have very little cut out and is a raw-like viewing of the day.
Due to licensing rights, we have to abide by restrictions with certain songs. You can give suggestions on the style of music you’d like incorporated throughout your highlight video if you’d like! If you do want a certain licensed song in your wedding video, there may be an additional charge.
Yes, all of the Complete photographers are professionals and able to give direction for you and your family/bridal party/friends. You’re able to work with them ahead of time to make sure they know of specific shots you’d like captured on your special day!

Yes. We save all edited photos for 10 years. However, we highly recommend backing up photos in at least 2 separate locations so that you always have access to them.
It typically takes about 8 weeks for our photographers to get it back to you with finished work. Time varies depending on the busyness of the season. Sneak peek photos of your event will be posted to our social pages approximately a week following your event.
Unfortunately, we do not offer raw images.
Yes. All photos are available to download on our online gallery. We can send instructions on how to easily order prints, albums, and other memorabilia.
Yes. We offer full copyright rights so you can print your photos whenever and wherever you’d like.

Everyone has that favorite song that makes them want to dance. We all know that will translate into a song request. So how does your DJ handle this? Are they planning to ask you about each request or will they use their own judgment? Maybe they stick strictly to the playlist you picked, or maybe they let a few sneak through. Make sure this is something that you and your event DJ talk about so that you are sure no wild surprises are popping up at your event.
If you are working with a larger special event DJ company, you may find your event assigned a DJ that you’re not familiar with. You should want to know who will be at your event so you know what to expect. Since most weddings are private events, typically the couple and their families do not want outside guests or ”wedding crashers” to attend. In respect for the couple and event hosts, we do not allow guests to attend private events to see our staff. We also customize each event to reflect the couple’s unique style, preferences and requests so no two weddings we perform at are ever the same.
However, we do occasionally perform at public events, venue open houses or fundraisers where our DJs are available for the public to see in action. Feel free to ask us about any upcoming events you can attend!
A DJ will emcee your event and conduct the announcements and introductions. They have more of a variety of music to choose from so you can hear all of your favorite songs vs. a band who typically has a set playlist or limited repertoire. You will also save a lot more money hiring a DJ, whereas a band can cost sometimes three times as much: anywhere from $3,000-$10,000+.

Our team is able to travel between locations if your ceremony is separate from your reception. Many weddings need sound or music for both their ceremony and reception, and we can build a package that accommodates your specific situation! Depending on where the ceremony and reception are located in comparison to one another, there could potentially be mileage fees.
Yes. You can customize your own wedding playlist and send it to us to play. The DJ plays based on your preferences and can take requests by guests that fit within your guidelines.

You will need to provide space for DJ and Photo booth systems. We also require WIFI and a power source. A shaded area is also preferred for outdoor events. All photo booths must be inside.
ancellations made 90 days before your event date result in a loss of the deposit. Cancellations between 90 and 45 days result in paying half of the amount due for booked services. Cancellations made within 45 days of your event result in paying the full amount due.
You’re able to add time on at any point (even the night of) with any service! Just let us know, and we’ll take care of you on your special day!
No, arrival, set-up, and take-down times are separate.
Staff will reach out the week of your event. Planning information can be filled out on your event manager forms. Office representatives are also available to answer additional questions during business hours.

We typically respond within minutes during business hours, either via a phone call, text message, or email. (Check your spam folder if you haven’t heard from us!) If you haven’t heard from us within 24 business hours, don’t hesitate to contact us again, as we may have not received your inquiry.
Payments can be made via your profile on our Event Manager website or by contacting our office. You can pay any amount you want leading up to your event date. Final payments are due one week prior to your event.

Yes, each service will have its own deposit ranging from $200-$500.
Generally, we recommend booking our services 9 to 12 months out and even sooner for our busy months of April, September, and October. However, we can often accommodate month-of bookings depending on staff and equipment availability. Please note that coordination services benefit greatly from early booking, as more preparation time allows us to better tailor the timeline, communicate with your vendors, and ensure a smooth, stress-free experience on your wedding day.
