Meet DJ Rob, a seasoned entertainer with nearly 7 years of experience bringing energy, professionalism, and fun to the dance floor. As a key member of our DJ leadership team, Rob helps mentor and guide our crew to ensure every couple gets the absolute best experience on their big day.
From local celebrations in Grand Rapids to lakeside weddings in Traverse City and dreamy “I Do’s” on Mackinac Island, Rob has traveled all over Michigan to help make wedding days unforgettable. His dedication and excellence even earned him our Employee of the Year award in 2022!
One of his favorite things? Sharing the wedding day experience with his wife, LaTarra, who is also part of our team as a Photo Booth Host. Together, they bring an unstoppable positive vibe to every event.
Whether he’s hyping up a packed dance floor or managing smooth transitions throughout the night, DJ Rob is all about creating magical moments, and making sure you and your guests have the time of your lives.

It started out as just a job. I needed it because my unemployment was running out. I stayed a DJ after being convinced by our fearless leader Justin. I am a DJ now to bring inspiration and joy to people through music and personality. I enjoy meeting new people.
Ending the bulk of the business aspect of the wedding (ceremony, intros, speeches…etc…etc) and starting the party when that first note of an upbeat song hits and people are compelled to leave there seats and dance it makes my soul smile.
My eclectic taste in music and my vast library I have in my head. Also my circle salute is in like any other and I get compliments on it all the time of people who wished they had it at their wedding or want to have it at their wedding in the future. I never tell my clients about it and I present as a gift from me to them.
It was at Bengel Wild Life Conservancy it was for Nick and Jordann Ferguson on October 18th 2019. The whole night was amazing they treated me like family right from jump I got a huge recognition on Facebook and even got pics with them. My family and I were invited to there parents house for trick or treating and we even ate dinner with them. I made life long friends on that day.
I am a retro gamer my favorite game on any platform is Super Mario Bros. 3 for original NES. I am also a huge cinephile.
"Rob C. was absolutely amazing! He was great to work with, but he also kept our dance floor FULL all night long! We never imagined we would have so many of our people still on the dance floor at the very end. His song choices for our reception were absolutely perfect. As my now husband keeps saying "he played banger after banger after banger." It made us so happy to look out on the dance floor and see all our people having such an amazing time.
