Rebekah Caudle

Hello Gorgeous, Rebekah here… with over 25 years of experience in the event industry, I’m your go to gal for all things weddings and events!

My love for the event industry started decades ago, at a members only club in the heart of downtown Grand Rapids – where my love for people & various aspects of the service industry, was born… While at the PC, I had the honor & privilege of waiting on prominent members of society; such as Peter Wege, and Fred Meijer. That career afforded me the opportunity to work alongside many great individuals in the event world & ultimately cultivate my love for what I still do today.

As a daughter of an entrepreneur, I love to work hard – from country club management, to fine dining service, to floral design (a light green thumb w/ a family of landscapers), catering management, and facilitating high-end events in California and Chicago, I simply love what I do!

My true passion lies in making each individuals big day perfectly flawless in every way!

With a Bachelor of arts in education, teaching has also been a passion of mine… My love for organization, interacting with a wide range of various individuals and teaching in two international schools, those experiences have also shaped how I see the world & all the beauty this vast planet has to offer.

Upon returning stateside, I started my event design company (Events by RJ) – where we offer full service planning, Day of Coordinator, Floral Design & a custom champagne wall.

When I’m not facilitating events, my husband and I love to workout & travel the world. We have two amazing girls, 24 & 11 – our youngest loves volleyball, piano, swimming and horseback riding… she keeps us on our toes!

I simply cannot wait to meet you, and help bring your vision to life… You’re not just a number to me, you’re a special individual, dreaming of perfection & I’m here to deliver!!
