Hi, I’m Heather—a wedding and event coordinator, creative designer, and proud mom with a passion for serving others and creating unforgettable celebrations.
My journey in events has taken me from coordinating weddings, fundraisers, and private events at the world-renowned Butterfly Pavilion in Colorado—the first stand-alone, AZA-accredited invertebrate zoo in the world—to serving as a Membership and Event Coordinator at The Links at Perry Cabin in Maryland , home to Pete Dye’s final golf course.
Over the years, I’ve fallen in love with the details that make each event unique. From décor and floral arrangements to uplighting, drapery, and design, I enjoy bringing a couple’s vision to life and creating an atmosphere that reflects their story.
I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration from Ferris State University and am also a licensed esthetician through the state of Michigan , where I developed a strong foundation in beauty, skincare, and personalized client care. While my education and experience have shaped my skills, my greatest strength is my heart for people.
With more than 10 years of customer service experience, I believe every client deserves to feel valued, supported, and cared for throughout the planning process. My approach is simple: I treat my couples like family. I take the time to listen, understand their vision, and guide them through each step of the journey so they can enjoy the excitement of their engagement without the stress and overwhelm.
Whether you’re planning an intimate gathering or a grand celebration, my goal is to create a seamless, beautiful, and memorable experience that allows you to be fully present on one of the most important days of your life.
When I’m not planning events, you’ll find me spending time with my daughter, enjoying the outdoors, exploring new places, and finding inspiration in the little details that make life’s moments so meaningful.
I would be honored to help bring your dream wedding to life and create memories you’ll cherish forever.
