We met in High school our sophomore year.
The Engagement
On October 28, 2017 just 2 days before my birthday, Dillon came up with the idea that I should go out and get my nails done then go get lunch with a friend I wasn’t planning on doing anything but he insisted so I ended up going. When I came back I was shocked to see rose pedals leading to my bedroom. He has rose pedals and Hershey Kisses all over the ground and my bed. Dillon also had balloons with our picture taped all over them. I was so shocked! I just thought it was an early birthday surprise because he had gifts on my bed too. One was a big box when I started to open it the boxes got smaller and smaller until I finally got to the ring it was such an amazing surprise I was so happy I couldn’t imagine my life with anyone else

Special meaning behind the wedding date
The reason we chose August 8, 2021 is because it marks our 6 year anniversary of being together and we couldn’t think of any other date that would be as special as this one.
