How would you describe your DJ personality?

My personality is authentic, but adaptable. I enjoy being the life of the party, but not every event calls for that! I have a servants heart at the end of the day that wants to help make your day a success!

Why did you become a DJ?

As a favor to my brother, for his wedding he asked if I would be the DJ. AS the night went on, more and more people kept telling me that I was really good at it and should consider doing it professionally. The rest is history.

 

What is your favorite DJ memory?

I’m a little biased, but as I mentioned above, I was the DJ for my brother’s wedding and getting to help him orchestrate his big day and seeing life-long best friend walk down the aisle with the person that he loves will always stay with me.

 

What is the funniest thing that ever happened at an event?

One wedding I was doing wanted the option for their guests to do karaoke.

As the night went on all of the children realized they could get a chance on the mic and sing Disney songs or their favorite radio hit. My DJ booth soon wasa swamped with young children begging for a turn at the microphone. As soon as one was done with a song they were back in line to request another. Not at all where I saw the evening going, but all the parents were over the moon to have a chance to see their kids sing.

 

What is your favorite party song?

Hard to pick just one, Daft Punk, Venga Boys, Kungs, Outkast,

 

What sets you apart from other DJs, or what are your specialties?

I consider myself really good at reading a room and being able to match the music to the vibe as it changes throughout the night.

 

What is your #1 goal as a DJ?

My goal as a DJ has always been to create positive core memories and give people their special day it’s own personal soundtrack!
