I’ve always been drawn to stories — especially the emotional, fleeting moments that pass quickly but mean everything. Photography gave me a way to slow those moments down and preserve them. Over time, weddings became a natural fit because they’re filled with connection, legacy, and deep meaning.

Watching people relax into themselves. One of my favorite moments is when couples forget about the camera entirely and simply enjoy each other — that’s when the most honest images happen.

My approach is calm, intentional, and people-focused. I don’t force moments or over-direct. Instead, I gently guide when needed and step back when something real is unfolding. Couples often tell me they felt supported and at ease all day — and that comfort shows in their photos.

I spent many hours teaching traditional photography and working in the darkroom — developing film, making prints, and exploring the magic of creating images by hand. I’ve always loved the process of bringing photographs to life in such a tangible way.

The quiet moments between family members — a mom fastening a dress, a dad’s expression just before the ceremony, or the way hands naturally find each other during emotional moments. These are often the images couples treasure most.

A small mirror — I like to pull it out sometimes to get creative angles and reflections during getting-ready moments, the ceremony, or couples portraits. It’s a simple tool, but it can add a really unique perspective to the images.

Exploring the outdoors — hiking Garden of the Gods, spending time in the mountains, or enjoying a quiet coffee and walking through historic neighborhoods. I’m always inspired by nature, architecture, and slower moments.
