Jordan Sweet, Owner/General Manager
Wedding Industry Experience: Almost 10 years in the wedding industry, but I began DJing a few years before that for my High School dances and events.
Favorite Sports Team: Chicago Cubs
Hobbies/Activities: We bought a house about a year ago, so recently I’ve gotten into lawn care and trying to get a perfectly green lawn, but I also enjoy listening to business podcasts, fishing, and playing with our dog, Nellie
Favorite Local Spot: Joes Pizza, Paris IL
Memorable Moment in the Wedding Industry: I’ve served a lot of couples and been a part of a lot of celebrations and weddings and watched people marry their best friend, but my favorite part has been meeting my own wife in this industry.
Favorite Beverage: Diet Coke
Favorite Food: Pizza in all forms…pizza, pizza rolls, pizza bagels, pizza-flavored things.
Libbi Sweet, Owner/Sales + Marketing Manager
Wedding Industry Experience: Almost 10 years. I started with Complete in 2015. I was in the restaurant industry before that, so I’ve always kind of been in the customer service/people business haha.
Favorite Sports Team: St. Louis Cardinals (Yes, we’re a house divided haha)
Hobbies/Activities: I’m a reading addict! My goal this year is to read 100 books! I also love working out, walking while listening to an audiobook, watching True Crime documentaries, traveling, and snuggling our Golden Retriever, Nellie.
Favorite Local Spot: I’m new to the Central Illinois area. I’ve lived in the St. Louis area most of my life, so I don’t have a favorite spot YET, but in STL…I LOVE DD MAU!
Memorable Moment in the Wedding Industry: Having Joey Fatone, from *NSYNC, perform at a wedding we were photographing. The couple was from NYC and met him in the musical world. They asked him to sing at their wedding, which was taking place in the midwest due to 1/2 the family being from LA and 1/2 the family being from NYC (had the family meet in the middle for a “destination wedding”) and the rest is history! A truly amazing Millennial moment haha.
Favorite Beverage: A cherry Sprite (Shirley Temple) or an iced chai tea latte with brown sugar syrup from Starbies 🙂
Favorite Food: Anything Vietnamese, pizza, popcorn, crab legs, sushi, a ballpark hot dog, ….I just really like food!

Memorable Moment in the Wedding Industry: Honestly, the first wedding I ever photographed will always be the most memorable thing because of how anxious and nervous I was. It was a massive venue with over 300 people attending. There was no “dipping my toes in” or “easing in”. I was thrown in full force and I was so nervous all day!
Fun Fact: When I was 20 I used to travel around the country and perform yo yo shows.
Jacob Cope, Operations Assistant
Wedding Industry Experience: I’ve been in the wedding industry for 4 years now, starting as a photographer, but overall I’ve been shooting photography of all kinds for about 10 years.
Favorite Sports Team: I’m a Chicago sports fan through and through, aside from the White Sox.
Hobbies/Activities: I’m also a stay-at-home dad to my two-and-a-half-year-old daughter so most of my time is spent with her and we love to take walks around our small town as much as possible. In my off time, I’m a huge car guy, which is also where I got my start in photography, and I love to fish any chance I get. But mostly I just love to spend time with my wife and daughter.
Favorite Local Spot: My wife and I live in a small town and we love the few local restaurants here. Every Friday is Mexican night from Sabor De Mexico and we love the baked goods from The Peppered Pig, both in Colfax IL!
Memorable Moment in the Wedding Industry: It’s really hard to pinpoint one exact moment because there’s been so many amazing ones. I work with so many amazing creatives and couples that really have made this industry so fun and amazing. Overall just seeing how the things I’ve done can be so memorable and meaningful for people is something that means a lot to me. Being able to give them memories that last a lifetime on one of the biggest days of their lives is something that I love to do and makes me feel like I’m making a difference in peoples lives and to me that’s absolutely priceless.
Fun Fact: I said I got my start in the photography world shooting cars. I also shoot for a major car club that has members all over the world and that his given me so many opportunities, not only to travel around the country to car shows, but also to meet some amazing people that I never would’ve met otherwise. A lot of those people have become really close friends that have changed my life in a lot of different ways and have helped me to learn my craft in so many different ways.
