While 2020 gave us quite a few unexpected obstacles and challenges, many lucky couples were still blessed to be able to host the day of their dreams. 2020 weddings have come in all shapes in sizes, with varying regulations and adjustments to make these magical days quite the successful miracle. From micro weddings, to massive ones (prior to mid-March), we loved playing our part for every event! Despite the various changes, our Complete Weddings + Events team in Baton Rouge has been continually reminded on why we love what we do. “We booked the DJ, videographer, and photobooth for our wedding. Everyone that I talked to in the planning process was very friendly, helpful, and patient in answering questions and explaining things. I loved our DJ John Foval! He played everything we requested, checked in with us through the night, and kept everyone on the dance floor. Our videographer Mike was great, I cannot wait to see the video. Everyone seemed very organized and professional yet fun. I would highly recommend Complete for anyone planning a wedding!”

“We booked Complete for DJ and uplighting services for our wedding on 2.1.20. The lights were great, and DJ Ryan was absolutely incredible and such a delight to work with! Ryan truly cared about and listened to our likes and dislikes regarding music and he ran with it and totally rocked it! After our pre-wedding meeting with Ryan, we knew we had made the right choice and could trust him with the flow of our ceremony and reception. Our guests and wedding party raved about how nice and accommodating the DJ was with their requests. “We had Ryan as our DJ for our wedding on February 22, 2020. He was absolutely INCREDIBLE! He was so much fun, super sweet, and just awesome overall. We danced literally all night. He played all the fun songs and made sure people were having the time of their lives. The night went by so fast for us because I don’t think we stopped dancing for one minute. Overall, Complete Weddings + Events have been so easy to work with. There’s no hassle whatsoever. They have everything online and a questionnaire/form to help plan your reception and all the events you would need a song for. Greg helped us a lot! They emailed us frequently, (which I loved), because I can be forgetful, and checked to see that everything was still in order for the big day. Ryan called me a few days before the reception to personally talk to me and get the feeling that we wanted for the reception. Plus his light set up was pretty cool. It felt like we were at a club, not a wedding reception!! Our people love to party so it was perfect. I could not have picked a better company!!”

“Complete weddings and events was a dream to work with for our entire wedding season. We got our photographer, videographer, DJ, and new live-streaming service with them.
Our photographer was Katie Bonham! She did our engagements and wedding day photos. She is amazing at what she does! She did everything I asked of her and more! She was there to calm me at stressful times, she even got under my dress with a pregnant belly to bustle my dress after my first dance! While I don’t have my wedding day pictures yet, our engagements were stunning and the few that she showed me on the wedding day from her camera looked amazing! I can’t wait to get them in!
Our videographer was Mike! He gave great direction on what he wanted us to do and was so easy to work with. I could tell he was excited about what he was doing and he kept throwing compliments out which made me feel beautiful and at ease! I look forward to seeing his finished product!
Our DJ was John Foval! He was just as awesome. He called me about 2 weeks before the wedding and we went through our preferences and everything we wanted him to do! He did so well with us even though our timeline was off so his ability to be flexible was on point. He listened to what we asked of him. He came and checked on us throughout the night to ensure we were happy with his work. He kept the dance floor full the entire night.
Finally, we were offered the live-streaming service and we acted as guinea pigs since it was a new service they wanted to start providing. Due to COVID, some of our guests were not able to attend so the live-streaming allowed guests to watch our ceremony from Facebook. The feedback from virtual guests was awesome. They were so excited to be able to watch as if they were there.
