When will my photographer reach out to me?

Your photographer is scheduled to reach out to you about 1 month before the big day. They’ll also help you finalize your timeline if you haven’t done that yet, too!

How long will it take to get my photos?

It typically takes about 8-10 weeks (up to 12 weeks during peak wedding season) for our post-production team to edit your photos/video and get it back to you!

How far in advance should we book wedding vendors?

We recommend booking as early as possible—ideally 9 to 12 months in advance—to ensure your date is available, especially for peak seasons. However, we can often accommodate month-of bookings depending on staff and equipment availability. Please note that coordination services benefit greatly from early booking, as more preparation time allows us to better tailor the timeline, communicate with your vendors, and ensure a smooth, stress-free experience on your wedding day.

When can I expect to hear from Complete after submitting an inquiry?

We typically respond within minutes during business hours, either through phone call, text message, or email. (Check your spam folder if you haven’t heard from us!)

If you haven’t heard from us within 48 business hours, don’t hesitate to contact us again, as we may have not received your inquiry.

Is there a backup plan if something happens to my photographer?

Short answer: YES! One of the benefits of using Complete is that we have photographers and managers on standby in case anything unforeseen should occur. You can relax knowing we’ve got your back no matter what!

How do I pay the booking fee/make payments?

To pay the booking fee and officially lock in your date , visit completeeventmanager.com. Add in your email address and password (provided from your event consultant) to log in to your online account and make a deposit or payment.

Can we customize our package with Complete?

Absolutely! You can bundle any combination of our services to match your needs, vision and budget for your big day!

Do you travel outside of Albany?

Short answer – YES! We service the greater capitol region including the following counties: Albany, Montgomery, Schoharie, Greene, Rensselaer, Columbia, Schenectady and the greater Oneonta area! If you are hosting your wedding outside these counties, do not worry! We are able to travel far and wide (within reason of course!). Please contact us for more information.
