We recommend booking as early as possible—ideally 9 to 12 months in advance—to ensure your date is available, especially for peak seasons. However, we can often accommodate month-of bookings depending on staff and equipment availability. Please note that coordination services benefit greatly from early booking, as more preparation time allows us to better tailor the timeline, communicate with your vendors, and ensure a smooth, stress-free experience on your wedding day.

To pay the booking fee and officially lock in your date , visit completeeventmanager.com. Add in your email address and password (provided from your event consultant) to log in to your online account and make a deposit or payment.
Absolutely! You can bundle any combination of our services to match your needs, vision and budget for your big day!
Short answer – YES! We service the greater capitol region including the following counties: Albany, Montgomery, Schoharie, Greene, Rensselaer, Columbia, Schenectady and the greater Oneonta area! If you are hosting your wedding outside these counties, do not worry! We are able to travel far and wide (within reason of course!). Please contact us for more information.
Your photographer is scheduled to reach out to you about 1 month before the big day. They’ll also help you finalize your timeline if you haven’t done that yet, too!
It typically takes about 8-10 weeks (up to 12 weeks during peak wedding season) for our post-production team to edit your photos/video and get it back to you!

Your team member will reach out to you about 30 days out from your event! We recommend having your timeline in place and song choices ready to go as this meeting will be detailed and timeline oriented.

A trained, friendly photo booth host for the entire 4 hour duration. Set up and take down on our own time! Personalized photo booth strips (fonts, dates, graphics). Unlimited photo booth strips during your event. Fun and exciting props. A digital link to all images. A handmade scrapbook put together by your host for you to take home at the end of the event!

You have unlimited communication with your coordinator leading up to your event. Your coordinator will reach out for the first time about 60 days out from the event, and subsequent meetings will be set based on your needs!
