Emily and Mitchel were married in July 2020 at the newly remodeled and beautiful Adelphi Hotel in historic Saratoga Springs, NY. Saratoga Spring offers a rich history and plenty of excitement throughout downtown and the surrounding area. From the racetrack and Congress Park to the amazing and unique shops downtown has to offer.
There is an auto museum offering everything from classic race cars to some of the most luxurious vehicles ever built. The world-famous National Dance Museum is minutes from downtown. If your traveling to Saratoga Springs to attend a wedding or maybe it’s your big day, plan to spend time exploring this rare NY gem.

Emily and Mitchel selected The Century House for their ceremony and reception, they still plan to hold their celebration there next year. Like so many weddings in 2020, they found the challenge of having a smaller celebration now or waiting until a later date and being surrounded by all their family and friends. The big day is planned for 2021 at The Century House next spring, but the wedding ceremony could not wait.
The decision to change the date of the reception yet still say “I do” was put together is a short three-week period. Many of the date change decisions this year were made just two to four weeks before the scheduled date. Not an easy task to achieve at all. Luckily for these two, they made the best decision of going with the team at Complete Weddings + Events. Everything was seamless and the memories will live on forever!
