Your balance is due 2 weeks before the wedding day, you can make a payment online at anytime or we will send you a reminder a week before your balance is due.
We recommend having most of the details filled in about 60 days before the wedding as we will be reviewing your account around that time. It is best to have it completed and finalized 3-4 weeks before the wedding. The absolute latest should be 2 weeks at which point any changes can go through your team!
Yes – Bundling our services together only benefits the customer! Our team of photographers, videographers, DJs, coordinators, and photo booth attendants have worked together on many events and do it in an efficient and fun way! There is also typically savings involved when you bundle Complete Weddings + Events services together.
Engagement sessions are included in many of our packages. They’re a great way to get comfortable in front of the camera before the big day.

Receiving a full print release of your photographs is always a good idea so you can print the photos without a watermark anywhere, at any time you need. Complete Weddings + Events gives you these full rights to get your photos printed wherever you’d like. We also provide you with your photos in an online gallery so you can easily order prints, albums and other memorbilia easily online. At Complete Weddings + Events, our goal is to shoot photos for you to have as a forever keepsake.

Everyone has that favorite song that makes them want to dance. We all know that will translate into a song request. So how does your DJ handle this? Are they planning to ask you about each request or will they use their own judgment? Maybe they stick strictly to the playlist you picked, or maybe they let a few sneak through. Make sure this is something that you and your event DJ talk about so that you are sure no wild surprises are popping up at your event.
If you are working with a larger special event DJ company, you may find your event assigned a DJ that you’re not familiar with. You should want to know who will be at your event so you know what to expect. Also important is finding out what their backup plan is, in case your DJ can’t make it or another unexpected change crops up.

Your DJ is scheduled to reach out to you NO LATER THAN Monday before (7 days) the wedding day. We recommend that they be one of your last meetings you do since they detail and timeline based!

We do ASSIST with setup and tear-down logistics at events! They key word is assist and not us being the sole person doing the setup and tear-down of an event. We have add-ons that will help us get additional staff to an event to help with the process if it’s needed but we always want to set expectations to knowing that 1 person cannot setup an entire wedding of 200 people by themselves and accomplish everything else they are needed to do.
Depending on your package, the coordinator will reach out to you about 60 days before the wedding to schedule your first meeting. If you have booked an older package or our wedding day management service that initial may be 30 days or no later than the Monday before your wedding.
