Do you include engagement sessions?

Engagement sessions are included in many of our packages. They’re a great way to get comfortable in front of the camera before the big day.

Can I customize my wedding photography package?

Absolutely. We offer several packages, and you can tweak them to fit what you need.

Will I need a full print release of photographs?

Receiving a full print release of your photographs is always a good idea so you can print the photos without a watermark anywhere, at any time you need. Complete Weddings + Events gives you these full rights to get your photos printed wherever you’d like. We also provide you with your photos in an online gallery so you can easily order prints, albums and other memorbilia easily online. At Complete Weddings + Events, our goal is to shoot photos for you to have as a forever keepsake.

When will the photographer contact me to discuss wedding day details?

At the latest your photographer will reach out to you NO LATER THAN the Monday before your event. More likely than not you will hear from them 2-3 weeks beforehand.

How much more is it for an additional hour of photography?

$100 per additional hour (per person)

When can I expect to hear back from Complete after reaching out?

We typically respond within minutes during business hours, either through phone call, text message, or email. (Check your spam folder if you haven’t heard from us!)

If you haven’t heard from us within 24 business hours, don’t hesitate to contact us again, as we may have not received your inquiry.

Is Gratuity included? How much do I tip?

We do not include gratuity in our pricing although it is VERY appreciated when received. On average we see tips to your hired staff members ranging from $50-$300 per person.

When is my final payment due?

Your balance is due 2 weeks before the wedding day, you can make a payment online at anytime or we will send you a reminder a week before your balance is due.

How long do I have to fill out my planning account?

We recommend having most of the details filled in about 60 days before the wedding as we will be reviewing your account around that time. It is best to have it completed and finalized 3-4 weeks before the wedding. The absolute latest should be 2 weeks at which point any changes can go through your team!

Is there a benefit to book multiple event services with one company?

Yes – Bundling our services together only benefits the customer! Our team of photographers, videographers, DJs, coordinators, and photo booth attendants have worked together on many events and do it in an efficient and fun way! There is also typically savings involved when you bundle Complete Weddings + Events services together.
