We aim to assign your photographer at the time of booking—especially if you’ve requested a specific team member. While it’s not always possible, assignments are confirmed at least 60 days before your event. We’re kind of awkward in front of the camera. Will the photographer help us pose?

Absolutely. Helping couples feel confident and natural is part of the job—and our photographers love it. In fact, each of them shares how they do this in their Q&A section on our website. Spoiler: You don’t need to be models to look amazing.

Do I need a second photographer for the full 8 hours?

Not necessarily. You can book a second shooter for any stretch of 4 hours or more. We recommend one if you’re getting ready at separate locations, want tons of candid moments, or have a big guest list. It’s a great way to capture more of your day from different angles.

How long will it take to get our photos?

Your fully edited gallery will be ready within 8 weeks—often sooner. All images are edited for colour and exposure, and the highlights get a little extra Photoshop love. You can also request additional edits if you’d like (small fee applies).

Do we own the photos? Will we need a print release?

No need to worry—your photos are 100% yours. You’ll receive high-resolution, watermark-free images with full rights to print, post, and share as much as you want. No restrictions, no fine print.

What if we need more time than we originally booked?

No problem! You can add hours in advance or even day-of (depending on your photographer’s availability). Extra time is $200/hour, and we’ll only charge it if you approve it. Easy and flexible—just how we like it.

How much does a wedding DJ cost?

Pricing varies based on your event date, location, and how many hours you need. Most couples spend between $1,200–$1,800 for a professional wedding DJ in the GTA. Reach out for a custom quote — we’ll make sure your day sounds exactly the way you want it to.

Can I choose the music for my wedding?

Absolutely. You’ll have access to an online planning portal where you can add your must-plays, do-not-plays, and special songs for key moments. Not sure where to start? Your DJ will offer recommendations tailored to your vibe.

Will I get to meet my DJ before the wedding?

Yes. You’ll be matched with a DJ from our experienced team, and they’ll set up a personal consultation by phone or online in the month leading up to your wedding. We also have a dedicated office team to support you every step of the way.

How many hours of DJ service do I need for my wedding?

Most couples book 6–8 hours to cover the ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing. We’ll help you decide what works best for your timeline and can always add hours if needed.

What happens if my DJ gets sick or can’t make it?

We’ve got you covered. We always have backup DJs on call — fully briefed and ready to step in — so your wedding day goes off without a hitch.

Can I book extra time if the party is going strong?

For sure! You can extend your DJ coverage in advance or even add time the night-of. Additional hours are billed at a straightforward hourly rate — no surprises.

What happens after we book—what are the next steps?

Right after booking, you’ll get instant access to your personalized planning forms. Then, about 60 days before your event, a member of our staff will reach out to confirm your details and begin connecting you with your team. Each of your vendors will schedule a direct consultation in the month leading up to your big day.

Can we split up the hours in our contract (like between ceremony and reception)?

In many cases, yes—but it depends on your schedule. If there’s a break between service times (like pausing your photo booth during dinner), we may need to charge for “Idle Time” to keep staff and equipment available. We’ll walk you through your options and help find what works best.

Do you offer a payment plan, and how do we make our payments?

Yes! Your non-refundable booking fee secures your services for your date. From there, you can make payments of any amount, at any time, through your online client portal. The final balance is due 14 days before your event. All payments—except the booking fee—are refundable if you cancel more than 30 days before your event.

Can we customize a package with just the services we need?

Definitely. Whether you’re looking for just one service—like a DJ or photographer—or want the full experience, we’ll build a custom package that suits your style, priorities, and budget.

How far in advance should we book our services?

Most couples book 9–12 months in advance, especially for prime wedding dates (May to October). That said, we’ll always do our best to accommodate shorter timelines if we have availability.

When can I expect to hear back from Complete after reaching out?

We know wedding planning can be overwhelming, so we keep things simple. You can expect to hear from us within one business day—often much sooner.
