Then, about 60 days before your event, a member of our staff will reach out to confirm your details and begin connecting you with your team. Each of your vendors will schedule a direct consultation in the month leading up to your big day.
In many cases, yes—but it depends on your schedule. If there’s a break between service times (like pausing your photo booth during dinner), we may need to charge for “Idle Time” to keep staff and equipment available. We’ll walk you through your options and help find what works best.
Yes! Your non-refundable booking fee secures your services for your date. From there, you can make payments of any amount, at any time, through your online client portal. The final balance is due 14 days before your event. All payments—except the booking fee—are refundable if you cancel more than 30 days before your event.
