Danilo is a Toronto-based videographer with over 10 years of experience and 150+ weddings filmed across the GTA. Originally from Chile, his style leans cinematic, thoughtful framing and camera movement, while always staying open to new influences and to the couple’s own vision for their film. He’s drawn to the genuine, unscripted moments of a wedding day: the first look, the vows, the first dance.
I love capturing genuine, unscripted moments, the first look, the reactions during the vows. I’m always chasing that cinematic shot, and weddings give you so many opportunities for that throughout the day.
Cinematic is the word that best describes my style these days, the framing, the camera movement, all of it. That said, I’m always watching other videographers and learning from new styles, and I love when couples bring their own references if they have a particular look in mind.
The first look, the exit from the ceremony, and the first dance. Those moments always bring the most genuine and beautiful shots.
My favourite places to shoot are Richmond Green Park and Humber Arboretum. Both offer several distinct beautiful spots within one location, which makes it easy to capture a variety of shots without having to travel between locations.
