We’ll send you a full digital gallery. Your guests get their prints instantly, but you’ll have every photo to look back on later.

What comes with the photo booth Toronto package?

You get unlimited sessions, props, digital copies, instant prints, a scrapbook, and a friendly attendant. Basically, everything you need.

What happens after we book—what are the next steps?

Right after booking, you’ll get instant access to your personalized planning forms. Then, about 60 days before your event, a member of our staff will reach out to confirm your details and begin connecting you with your team. Each of your vendors will schedule a direct consultation in the month leading up to your big day.

Can we split up the hours in our contract (like between ceremony and reception)?

In many cases, yes—but it depends on your schedule. If there’s a break between service times (like pausing your photo booth during dinner), we may need to charge for “Idle Time” to keep staff and equipment available. We’ll walk you through your options and help find what works best.

Do you offer a payment plan, and how do we make our payments?

Yes! Your non-refundable booking fee secures your services for your date. From there, you can make payments of any amount, at any time, through your online client portal. The final balance is due 14 days before your event. All payments—except the booking fee—are refundable if you cancel more than 30 days before your event.

Can we customize a package with just the services we need?

Definitely. Whether you’re looking for just one service—like a DJ or photographer—or want the full experience, we’ll build a custom package that suits your style, priorities, and budget.

How far in advance should we book our services?

Most couples book 9–12 months in advance, especially for prime wedding dates (May to October). That said, we’ll always do our best to accommodate shorter timelines if we have availability.

When can I expect to hear back from Complete after reaching out?

We know wedding planning can be overwhelming, so we keep things simple. You can expect to hear from us within one business day—often much sooner.
