What do you enjoy most about being part of a wedding day?

It always amazes me seeing everything we plan come to life, especially knowing that the couple has had the support they needed to really soak in the joy and feel calm on their wedding day.

How would you describe your role when supporting a wedding or coordinator?

I’m a true team player – someone who’s got your back and focused the same goal of giving the couple a smooth, beautiful, and carefree day. I’m comfortable following the lead coordinator’s direction, but I can also step in, take initiative, guide people, and keep things moving when needed so the team feels supported and the couple feels taken care of.

What’s one thing you’re especially good at behind the scenes?

I’m good at anticipating needs before they become issues. I like staying a few steps ahead, keeping an eye on the timeline, checking in with vendors, noticing the small details, and helping solve things quietly without adding stress to the couple or the team.

What have you learned from the weddings you’ve worked so far?

I’ve learned that a wedding day is not just about having a perfect timeline — it’s about being flexible, calm, and solution-focused when real life happens. Every wedding is different, and the best support comes from being prepared, adaptable, and working well with the people around you.

Warm, calm, organized, thoughtful, and collaborative.

What do you like to do outside of weddings?

I love spending time with my family, especially my little one, exploring local cafés, connecting with other small business owners, and finding creative ways to bring people together.
