If there is a balloon garland, signs, flowers today is the day to grab them! Send someone who will be coming early to go get this so the person setting up does not have to be running to all different places, and has the time to be at the venue set up.

This will be one of the last steps because you want the food to be fresh, and the drinks to be bubbly! Do this so that when guests arrive, these things are there for the taking!
