What makes your photo booth better than the rest?

There are so many photo booths that look fun but in reality, they aren’t using the same high quality materials we are (professional cameras, quality lighting, quality printers and paper) to give great results. Our booths also include a fun and professional booth attendant to make sure you and your guests have a blast and everything goes smoothly with the equipment and photos. We include all the extras most others charge for a la carte, increasing the cost. We make it easy and affordable!

What is the difference in a venue coordinator and a wedding coordinator?

A venue coordinator oversees the on site staff, to make sure they are fulfilling their contractual obligations, unlocking the doors, serving food on time, turning on the lights, controlling the temperature, etc. A lot of times the venue coordinator is not there for the duration of the event &/or they have other events they are overseeing on property during the same time. A wedding coordinator works only for you to make every aspect run smoothly, greet all your vendors, send out a timeline prior, make sure you are having a great time celebrating and to ensure that your vision has become a reality.

Why should I hire a coordinator for my wedding day?

The main reason is so you can truly enjoy your wedding day! We want you to invest in your friends, family & guests without worrying about the details yourself.  We want you to have a peace of mind that everything will run smoothly. Wedding coordinators are professionals who have experience and industry relationships that will allow your wedding vision come to life. We can help with set up, decorations, make sure your vendors arrive on time and know where to go when they get there and assist your vendors as needed to help make everyones role run smoothly! We also will be there to put out the fires that pop up during the day or night. You just show up and have a great time!

Will you help create a timeline for everyone involved in the wedding?

Absolutely! With our Signature Plus or Premium package, your coordinator will create a timeline that will be shared with all involved for your big day!

Is there a booth attendant at the event?

Yep, one of our team members will be there to handle everything and help guests have a great time.

Are digital copies included in the rental?

Yes, you’ll get a thumb drive with all the photos from your event. Sharing those memories is half the fun.

Can I customize the photo booth for my event?

Absolutely. We offer a variety of backdrops and props, and we love working with you to match your theme or vibe. Just let us know what you’re thinking.

When will my videographer contact me to discuss the details for my event?

Your videographer will contact you approx. 21 days before your event to get to know you and finalize the locations, timing and all other important details for your event.

When will my DJ contact me to discuss my event details?

Your DJ will be in touch approx. 21 days before your event to get to know you and finalize the details/timeline together.

What are good questions to ask a DJ?

Before hiring a DJ, asking the right questions ensures a smooth planning process and a successful event. Here are some essential questions to ask:

What type of events do you DJ?
Every DJ has a favorite gig that they love to perform at; however, you want to be sure that your DJ has experience with many different kinds of people and events. The experience of working with various events means they are skilled in handling any problems that may arise.

How do you get a crowd excited?
Some parties need a high-energy personality, and some require a more formal one. So which one is best for your event? If you are looking for a certain feel, then your DJ needs to be able to adapt to the circumstances while keeping the guests engaged.

How do you handle song requests?
Everyone has that favorite song that makes them want to dance. We all know that will translate into a song request. So how does your DJ handle this? Are they planning to ask you about each request or will they use their own judgment? Maybe they stick strictly to the playlist you picked, or maybe they let a few sneak through. Make sure this is something that you and your event DJ talk about so that you are sure no wild surprises are popping up at your event.

Who will be there and do you have a backup?
If you are working with a larger special event DJ company, you may find your event assigned a DJ that you’re not familiar with. You should want to know who will be at your event so you know what to expect. Also important is finding out what their backup plan is, in case your DJ can’t make it or another unexpected change crops up.

What other services do you offer?
DJs are artists with music, and that means that they love to add a few extras to enhance the experience that their music brings. Sometimes that is special lighting, HD video screens, or other fun effects on your wedding day like Complete Interactive. With so many extra options, know what your DJ can provide to make your event one-of-a-kind.

Can I provide a playlist for my DJ?

Yes! You can provide your own playlist (Tidal, YouTube, Spotify, Apple, Amazon, etc.) and we will be happy to mix in your favorite songs!

Do I own the rights to my photos?

Yes! We include the print release so you own your photos and are encouraged to download, print and share!
We also offer a convenient online store where you can purchase professional quality products like albums, wall art or prints.

When will my photographer contact me to discuss the final details of my event?

Your photographer will contact you approx. 21 days before your event to get to know you and finalize the day together. That will include discussing the locations, timing and all other important details.

How much is an additional hour?

You can add additional time at the rate of $100 per half hour/staff member or $200 per additional hour/staff member.

Is there a back up plan should something happen to my coordinator?

Short answer: YES! One of the benefits of using Complete is that we have Coordinators and managers on standby in case anything unforeseen should occur. You can relax knowing we’ve got your back no matter what!

When can I expect to hear back from Complete after reaching out?

Since we are a full time business and keep regular office hours, you can expect to hear from us quickly, often within the hour! If it’s after office hours, we still try to get back to you within 24 hours.

When is final payment due?

After paying your booking fee, the remaining balance is due 45 days out (but no later than 30 days out) from your event. You can use your online event manager to pay online. We accept ACH/echeck (preferred) or debit/credit cards or you can mail a check to our office.

Is gratuity included? How much should I tip?

Gratuities are not included in our pricing. We do not require you to leave a gratuity but they are welcome and appreciated for a job well done! The average tip ranges from $50-$300.
