Chad & Sarah – Owners
Chad and Sarah lead the charge at Complete Weddings + Events. They continued the family tradition that Chad’s father started with the Sioux Falls location. Chad loves providing opportunities for others to grow and thrive, and he thrives on the excitement of bridal expos, where he hypes up the team before meeting newly engaged couples. When they aren’t running the business, they love hiking and taking trips to explore new places. And when it comes to sports, it’s all about the Vikings and Timberwolves!
Jeffry – Director of Client Experiences
Jeffry has spent eight years as a wedding DJ in Sioux Falls, creating unforgettable moments on the dance floor. His passion is pampering couples and crafting high-energy celebrations filled with joy and perfect playlists. Outside of weddings, he’s an avid music lover, competitive Texas Hold’em player, and proud dad. His impressive résumé includes winning two Governor’s Awards, traveling to 22 countries, and even performing alongside Pharrell Williams and Michael Copon!
Brady – General Manager
As the General Manager, Brady brings years of experience as a DJ and leader to the team. His favorite part of working in the wedding industry? Happy brides, fun guests, and, of course, charcuterie boards! Outside of the office, you can find him at Gregg’s Sub Shop indulging in tortilla soup, hanging out with his three beloved cats, or collecting vintage Volkswagen cars. A fun fact? He was voted his high school’s celebrity lookalike… for Michael Cera!
Alaina – Director of Likes and Shares
Alaina started with Complete in 2020 as a wedding DJ and stepped into her role managing social media and marketing in 2024. She loves throwing parties, building relationships with couples, and staying connected with past clients. A self-proclaimed festival fanatic, she spends her free time at concerts or working VIP programs for artists like Metallica, Kelly Clarkson, and Morgan Wallen. Her favorite local spot? You’ll probably find her at Top Hat Bar, catching up with friends!
Matt, Equipment & IT Specialist
Matt has been part of the Complete Weddings + Events team since 2018, starting as a DJ before stepping into his current role as the self-proclaimed “garage gremlin” at the end of 2022. He handles all things equipment-related, making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, and serves as the go-to IT guy when troubleshooting is needed during events. His favorite part of working in the wedding industry? The variety of experiences and the opportunity to play a key role in creating lifelong memories for couples and their families. When he’s not keeping our tech in check, you can find him browsing Great Plains Pawn Shop or shredding on the guitar—he’s been performing live with local bands for nearly 20 years!
