Alyssa + Seth’s October Wedding at 1316 Jones

Alyssa + Seth’s October Wedding at 1316 Jones

Alyssa and Seth celebrated their beautiful October wedding at 1316 Jones, a timeless Omaha venue filled with charm. Their early fall day felt warm and personal, with thoughtful touches that highlighted their unique style and genuine love. Surrounded by their closest family and friends, the couple created a celebration that felt meaningful, vibrant, and true to them.

The Attire

Alyssa wore a stunning high-neck gown that tied in the back and featured an elegant open back. Her fingertip veil had a soft trim that added movement and detail during each step down the aisle. The simplicity and structure of her gown looked perfect with her colorful floral palette. Seth chose a classic black suit paired with a black tie for a timeless look. Their wedding party was small and intimate, with only a best man and a maid of honor. The maid of honor wore a soft light blue dress that matched the orange and blue florals beautifully. Their attire created a refined and cohesive look that enhanced the overall styling of the day.

The Details

Alyssa chose a vibrant and colorful palette that felt perfect for an early October celebration. Her florist, Orange Lotus Designs, created stunning arrangements featuring orange and white florals with blue accents and added greenery. Each arrangement brought depth and cheerful color to the space. Alyssa wore an east-to-west emerald ring with a silver band and two sparkling side diamonds. Their decor style stayed simple yet elegant with bud vase florals displayed on the front card table. Larger floral arrangements decorated the guest tables and added fullness to the reception space. They chose a simple white two-tier cake tied with a sweet bow detail.

The Ceremony

Their indoor ceremony highlighted the beauty of the venue while keeping the focus on the couple. A white backdrop created a clean foundation for their two half-floral arches that framed the ceremony space. These floral pieces added color and softness as Alyssa and Seth stood together. Lauren Vargas officiated the ceremony and guided the couple through heartfelt vows. Family and friends watched with joy as the two said “I do” in a meaningful and intimate moment.

The Venue

1316 Jones is located in the historic Old Market district in downtown Omaha. Originally built in 1889, this one-of-a-kind industrial venue offered a timeless setting for their vision. The space fit Alyssa and Seth perfectly as it included tables, linens, table settings, and a dedicated venue coordinator for planning support. The team assisted with both setup and breakdown, which helped create a smooth experience for the whole day. The layout provided a great dance floor for their first dance to “Baby, I’m Yours” by Arctic Monkeys. Their exclusive, in-house caterer, Abraham Catering, and their team took care of providing a delicious dinner. The outdoor deck offered gorgeous natural light and created opportunities for beautiful portraits.
